I am gourav Prasad nunia from kaliyaganj, west Bengal. I got a contact details of a consultancy named as vacancywave .com from delhi. They said me the procedure regarding the job process and charged Rs 2750 as registration fee which I paid on 12TH of December 2016 of which I get a confirmation mail from their end on 13th of December 2016 and also they mailed subject as product delivery which contains two attachments for interview preparation and product delivery. They called a day after and asked me to give the telephonic interview of HCL company and they arranged a telephonic interview which was taken by the company’s HR. after the end of interview the HR asked me if I am interested to pay Rs 8200 as training fee or not for which I agreed. Hence I asked the consultancy to mail me about the payment of Rs 8200. I received the mail about the same on 15th December 2016. So seeing it as a mail from consultancy’s domain mail id I agreed to pay and hence I paid it in two break. 1st Rs 5000 I paid via net banking and 2nd I made the payment via paytm, and as they have asked to send the payment screenshot, I did so. I mailed them payment screenshot. As per the promise they have made I was suppose to get the offer letter within 72 hours of payment. So finally on the over of third day I mailed them asking about the offer letter but they didn’t gave any response. Later on after consecutive call they transfer my call to the HR of the consultancy who named himself as Rajeev, I asked him about the offer letter and he said that it would need time as the documents which I have send with resume is need to be verified by police and all as it is a procedure of any MNC company like HCL, and the verification will take one month time and said me that they will inform about the offer letter on 10th January 2017 the reply for which I gave that they promised to give the offer letter after 72 hours and I said that they dint tel me about this procedure before. In this he replied me that “isme bolne wali kya baat h” finally with patience I waited till 10th January 2017 and called the consultancy on that very day and lastly they responded that my profile is processed and I will get the offer letter on 10th march 2017. I again interrogated him and said that it is too long time and the in response Rajeev assured me that it is the final date ther will be no delay in that, and they even mailed me regarding the extension of time stating that my profile is processed and will be completed in march, but in the mail they didn’t mention the date 10th march 2017. And on this very when I didn’t receive any call from the consultancy and the offer letter from HCL I called them and asked about the issue and in response they said due to the festival holi it will be delayed and will get the offer letter on 20th march. I finally now felt helpless and doubted the consultancy. They didn’t make my call to transfer to Rajeev the HR and even they blocked my number. I called them from another number and it get received. I demanded for the refund of money and they said that they will refund it via check which I will get on 25th March 2017. I am not in a state to believe the consultancy any more and hence I am lodging the complain of fraud against vacancywave.com with full proof of mail from their company’s domain in screenshot and I wont’ return my complain untill I get my money refunded.
The company seemed to me a full fake and few more things I would say that they sound very pleasant in starting before taking money and addresses you as dear and all especially the lady named as Miss khushi who was the first lady to be in contact from vacancywave.com. all this is fake. They just hang you around and don’t even matter to respond after the payment.
The matter now stood that if I get my money back I would return my complaint else not.
