Hi, I planned my goa trip through “vacation4 india”. I paid total rs. Total rs. 9999. Payment details : 22 nov 2015 - amount rs. 3000- transaction id[protected] 22 dec 2015 - amount rs. 6999- transaction id[protected] I was in contact with mr. Nitin sharma. He booked fab hotel in calangute for my stay. When i reached goa on 19th jan 2016, i received call from mr. Nitin. He said your hotel is changed. The new option he given was in outside from city. Then he said if you wish you can go in different hotel, i will refund your money in before check out from goa. Thus i looked for different hotel near calangute area. It was very irritating for me, as it spoiled my vacation. When i come back to pune. I called to mr. Nitin many times regarding refund of my rs. 9999, always he was giving new date, but nothing was happening in actually regarding refund. After so many follow-up he transferred rs. 3997 on 25 feb 2016 (Imps ref no[protected]. He said he will transfer remaining amount in two days, but i not received any amount after that. When i received call from payumoney, i told the same thing what was happed actually and i was not happy with vacation4india service and had lot of trouble in refund. Then i received call from mr. Nitin, he asked the my conversation with payumoney. He said because of my complaint to payumoney his payment are stopped. He requested to give my feedback to payumoney saying that i received rs. 3997, balance amount will be settled soon and i am happy with his service. He said you send the mail that i don’t have any problem with vacation4india then only you will get your remaining money. In his last call he said if you complained about me to payumoney nothing will happed to me and you are going to lose your money. Thus i am sending this mail as my feedback. This is vishal goswami and here I would like to share my real experience of two cheater company mentioned above.
I am vishal Goswami from Gujarat. I booked goa package two months back via hello travels in vacation4india tour and travels. I paid advanced amount of Rs.10000 in the month of December. I told to book my goa package after giving advanced amount. But they guys did nothing still the last moment, they people requested to plan my trip on some another day so I do same. But still problem remain same. At the end they told that flight is not available so you can cancel your trip. So I decided to cancel my trip and I did.
Problem started for refunding of amount. They have given me 10 to 15 days time, I wait for same days, everytime I call they give some date. But till the date nothing happened. I didn't get my refund amount Rs.10000 from last 6 months.
I read all reviews and these are saying that same kind of issue happened with me and it's fraud company.

Last 6 days Mr. Samrat not pick up my phone and not reply about my refund.
I called to Mr. Samrat ([protected]) many times regarding refund of my Rs.2000/-, but he did not pick up my phone, When I call to him another number he was giving new date, but nothing was happening in actually regarding refund.
In Vacation4 India any other responsible person should not reply or talk or email with me about refund. I hope company will return my refund immediately.
Now just talk with Mr. Rohan ([protected]) and Mr. Nitin Sharma, they also not clear about my refund amount,
Our Hotel booking is not confirmed in Munnar on dt.[protected] & dt.[protected]. So My booking amount of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) deposit in my given bank account.
