May 13 Vacation Gateways sales executive [protected] -- call received from Karthik regarding offer of assured gift of Dell Laptop on buying the holiday package today and gift will be dispatched within 3-4 days. I initially denied he called me again from same number and I asked him to give company's number so I can verify the offer. I called Vacations gateway number given by sales executive [protected] and they too confirmed the assured gift offer of Dell Laptop for me. Then I gave my credit card details to there sales executive on [protected] and Rs. 7799 is charged on my card. I received confirmation email from Vacation gateway and they gave me transaction id for payment: SDL00020320. May 14 After that I go another email from company about referral scheme. I replied them how can I refer anyone if I have not used there service. I received call from there sales executive [protected] who initially called and told me that I will receive 2 calls for verification. In first call they will ask you about the package confirmation and in second they will confirm your assured gift. I got 2 calls fro 38652456 and [protected] for the same. They even asked me the color of laptop and name of the user for warranty and confirmed my address. May 15: I again followed up with the sales executive he told I will receive the holiday package in dtdc courier and I should provide him some docket number so he can release my assured gift. May 20: I called the sales executive on [protected] and he told me and again assured it is not fraud and he is following up my case and they will dispatch the gift. I also sent email to customer care of vacation gateway as I could not reach on phone numbers they have given. They responded that they are not offering any gift with 01 package they only have some referral schemes and there is no EMI scheme they are offering. They just informed me that they are forwarding my complain to concern department and they will get back in 7 working days. May 21: Till date I have not received anything from company ..not even the holiday package. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sir, I have received phone call from Vocations Gateway (Mr Akash savanja - [protected] )for offering free laptop scheme, I found good scheme and attractive. As per his guide line I have made on line transaction of Rs 7799 on 17 april. After paying I am going to get welcome kit, and also received VG number, this no I have informed him and he said you will get laptop on 25 may but till today I have not received any thing. Please help me to get my laptop or my money back. Thanks & regards ashish devani Mob no - [protected].

As per my telephonic conversation with your team-members - Mr. Ramakrishna & Mr. Shekar Sharma, I am thoroughly very upset with the proceedings of the issue. I'm repeatedly saying that the above mentioned staff had assured me a Sony Xperia Z 2 mobile phone for the first payment of INR 7, 799 & a Dell Inspiron Laptop 15R 5521 for the second payment of INR 7, 799 as a combo offer for 5 lucky customers only across India who make Online transactions. They had also told me that I would be getting a 4N / 5 D holiday package as a free gift for the purchase made. They had never mentioned that they are selling the 4N / 5D holiday Package to me.
As per your above mail, you are asking me to acknowledge the purchase of the holiday package which I'm clearly declining because the payment made by me was for the Mobile phone & the Laptop and not at all for the Holiday Package. As I'm not interested in the Holiday Package & the referral scheme of your company, I request you to refund me the payment made by me or else I will be forced to take legal actions against your company.
