I have been charged an e- memo for using wrong lane at Alkapuri area on 12th June at morning 10:06:36 am. However it can be made clear from the picture attached within the challan that I drove over the correct lane and I am confident about the same. I kindly request you to reconsider my situation and check the CCTV footage again . Also I have been charged a huge amount than fare penalty, which is higher than I expected. Due to lockdown situation I have been facing financial instability and is unable to pay such high penalty rate. Assist me with this situation.
