I am getting e challan notices and calls against traffic violations dated[protected],[protected] and[protected]. But during this time, I was not the owner of the vehicle. I am the second owner of the vehicle and the vehicle was registered in my name in the month of Nov 2019. Kindly check and send the e -e-challan notices to the concerned person.

THE TRAFFICE COMMSSIONER OFFICE CONSTANTLY TELEPHONING FROM THE NUMBER[protected] TO TAKE BACK THECOMPLAIN AND PRESSURISING OFTEN AND OFTEN INSTEADY TO ENQUIRE THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE TRAFFIC FOR WHICH HE HASAPPROACHED IN THIRD CATAGORY LANGAUGE WHICH CAN NOT BE DESCRIBED IN WORDS - I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEMOF MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT WHY THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVE IS NOT TAKINGTHE ACTIONS AND TRIED TO WIND THE ISSUE TO SAVE THE DUTY OF THE PARTICULAR STAFF. The particular authorised executive who has been allotted the case to resolve but he is not interested to resolve and support the third category staff of the traffic and often and often pressurized to take the back the complaint and not taking any actions the particular staff of the traffic and supporting and enthusiastic to behave more and more third category approach. Third category behavior and approach to senior citizens and other citizens which cannot be described in words

At Soma Talav location - There is no sense to park a vehicle, traffic police not attaining traffic properly. There is a nuisance creating by auto rickshaw and chhakda vehicle. kindly allot space to park there vehicles for passengers.

A hyndia car i20 parked behind our car on the main road of mari mata khacha.
Car number GJ17BH9985 .
We had to wait for atleast an hour in the middle of afternoon .
Kindly look into the matter.

So, Suddenly i got an Memo from Gujarat Moter Vehicles Department - DA Branch Office Vadodara. There is Fake bike user use my bike registration no GJ06EP3765.MY BIke SPENDER PLUS.
I am not responsible for this below attachment file memo. So I kindly request to you do
necessary action regarding this matter.

I have received a incorrect memo towards More than two passenger in two wheeler at golden chowkdi, on 08/11/2021 however please note that there was a misunderstanding while take the photo that we are three, actually we are only two during the driving. I have received wrong memo on dtd[protected] Memo No. VAD02501-[protected] for riding more than 2 person on two wheeler. The Photo taken make sure it visible 3 persons on bike.

We have shop at Nava Bajar and People Visiting Nava Bajarand some shopkeeper Parking their Vehicles at any place on road and when we suggest them to park in right way they are using Abuse words and Some time such a small matters Convert into Big Fight which spoil our image in market and customers.

People ware ride their vehicle without following any traffic rules and due to this Many accidents occured and about to occure at nava bazar.

Some shopkeeper want to use more space so they Put their stock on road to display and Road become conjusted by stock.

So This is a Humble request to pay attention towards traffic problems arise at Nava Bajar.

One of Our neighbor parks his Car on road in front of our office which has caused threat of accident, traffic jam and difficulties to others for parking 2 wheelers. He is not co-operating with us. You are requested to take immediate necessary action for this wrongly parked vehicle from last few days. His Car No. is GJ06FK4323. It is parked in front of Keshav Enterprises office near Acharya hospital, Arunachal road, Subhanpura, Vadodara. We can share photos but there is no provision in this site

I was charged covid challan of rs.1000 on 5th may 7.20 pm though the receipt mentions rs. 200.
Also, i had removed mask for 10 seconds, because i was breathless out of kicking my bike.
Police van was accompanied by a bike without number plate who abused and shouted at me.
I feel it is human right's violation to disallow me to breathe fresh air for 10 seconds.

I have been issued traffic memo for Car no. GJ06 CB 1608. For not fitted HSRP.
It has been capture in Camera at LT circle.
But I would like to inform that since 2 years, I am in USA and my car is lying in unused condition without battery and no air in tyres, in my house compound.
When your man went to deliver the memo at my residence, my neighbour Mr Chhatrasinh Sindha has explained the matter and shown him Car lying in my compound as in- used and also closed house.
Hence some criminal man may have used that number on his car and he must be moving in city.
One more thing is that as per complain, tha my car did not have HRSP plate but my car is with HSRP since last 3 years.

Hence some notorious people are using this number.
You can go to my house and aske to my neighbours and you can see the car there with number plate and in in- used.
I kindly request you to delete this challan

Dear sir,
I have fined 500 against the not wearing seat belt in my car gj06kp4511. I am driving on this route since last 3 years and i never drive car without wearing seat belt and car is also have buzzar but it is my habit to wear seatbelt just after sitting on driver seat and not waiting for buzzer.
It seems error to judge from your side
You can check other camera of other location on same day, I will pay double fine if found guilty but please don't fine without error.
I have got challan on 23rd November whenever challan is for 6th of October.
and I came to one more earlier challan for which I never got information any time earlier. That challan is also not correct
I request you to please withdraw all challans.

I have been charged an e- memo for using wrong lane at Alkapuri area on 12th June at morning 10:06:36 am. However it can be made clear from the picture attached within the challan that I drove over the correct lane and I am confident about the same. I kindly request you to reconsider my situation and check the CCTV footage again . Also I have been charged a huge amount than fare penalty, which is higher than I expected. Due to lockdown situation I have been facing financial instability and is unable to pay such high penalty rate. Assist me with this situation. I have never visited Mandavi and e-memo came to me that I have no HSRP number on my vehicle number GJ06FE3951. I have name plate since one year with HSRP number plate.

Notice Number: VAD01401-[protected], Please check properly the number plate of vehicle for particular problem. In photo I can not see my vehicle as my vehicle is old than 6 years..You can come and visit my vehicle as I do not have that much time to come to police station as this is wrongly sent to me...

Dear sir, in many places timer of traffic signals are not working so people are not switching off engine and crossing the signal in red light thinking that signal is not working.
This is at may places in vadodara. Please check and get it corrected.

Secondly plastics are not removed on poles off traffic signal and camera poles. Please get it removed as lot of dust is accumulated and giving ugly look.

I have recevied e-challan no. Vad02601-[protected] dated 31st dec 2019 for gj-06dq-1966 and fine for not using seatbelt.
I would like to explain that since last more that 15 years i am driving a car and never driven a car without seatbelt. I have made a habit to wear seatbelt before starting car. There is also indication and alarm in my car to alert me.
Hence i am getting penalise without any mistake from my side. Looking support for withdrawal of fine and such kind of mistake should be avoided.

Sir, today my wife got E-Memo without helmet but photo clearly saws that Men is driving bike and Violation spot is AJWA road, My wife has a two wheeler TVS Jupiter (GJ-06-MF-2316), Kindly cancelled the same MEMO as early as possible. Please check motor vehicle number properly before sending Memo to any person. It is your mistake so why should we go to Police Bhavan at Khothi? It is quite Difficult to go POLICE BHAVAN Vadodara.

My vehicle number gj06jh2429 i got e - challan for not wearing helmet near baroda dairy circle and fined me 500/- on date 09/11/2019. As i want to tell that i was suffering from chicken pox from last 1 month and i m having acne on my whole body (On chest, back, scalp, ear) on because of this reason i have wear helmet as i generally don't travel alone after chicken pox. Still i m suffering from it. So my request is to vadodara police traffic to revert my fine of 500/-

Please note that,
Challan no: vado2202-[protected] dated 24.12.2018 &
Vado3302-[protected] dated 06.01.2019 not receive date at my place till 25.09.2019 and vadodar traffic police shows out standing!!!

Kindly clarify as government extended date upto 16.10.2019!!!

Meanwhile, i had paid rs.108.25 against challan no:vado0402-[protected] on 25.09.2019 through net banking.
