Vadodara Traffic Police — parking of vehicle in no parking zone

I would like to bring this to your notice that there are vehicles (Cars in a row) parked outside the kunj plaza, rajmahal, vadodara. All the cars are parked on road side and traffic is suffering as driving space is occupied with cars in evening time when office person retuen to their home and also police are picking and challan 2 wheelers from same area for parking in no parking zone and when asked to traffic police about 4 wheelers, he told me it did'nt come in his duty.

As a citizen of vadodara, i am interested in knowing if there are special rules or rather special provision for cars of shop owners and their customers with in terms of parking on road and block regular one way.

I am in knowledge that no one can park car on road or on no parking zone. Correct me if i am wrong or its my humble request take serious actions and lock those cars.

I request you to note this as my complaint and acknowledge the same.
