Dear sir/ma'am,

Request you to start the traffic signal & put atleast three to 4 traffic police at circle near sainik school nizampura chhani road, every evening there is a road block due to this and facing 3 to 4 small accident.

There is a immediate requirement of traffic police for the office rush hour at-least.

Please do the needful as earliest as possible

I am Swati Madhu. Today evening i have parked my vehicle in front of shop near Sandesh circle. I have paid money to shopkeeper and went to take my vehicle, suddenly tower came. I was going toward my vehicle and reached there and he picked my vehicle and i asked him that i just came to pick my vehicle and u suddenly pop up here. Then they took my two wheeler and ask me to come to center to pay fine.
I asked a traffic police who was receiving fine that sir for how long time a vehicle parked in particular place is supposed to be picked up by tower. he was saying that there is no timing, why you parked there?
For my knowledge there must be sign of no parking in that area or side of road where i parked my vehicle. but nothing was like that.
If it is said to be no parking area than people sitting on their two- wheeler in same area ( Which they called no parking), why tower did not anyhow pick their vehicle?
they ask for 160 rs as fine and what is exact fine of this offence?

Greetings.

Today second time in last 6-8 months, I personally faced the incidents. I just escaped death both the times. Today being very horrifying. Both the times had a friend sitting on my back-seat and thank God, he too was saved.

You know Vishwamitri bridge (on Lalbaug-Mujmahuda Road) is too narrow for such overtaking and such rascals don't understand. I want camera's to be installed on the bridge to monitor and punish the culprits.

1st incident (6-8 months back) :
I was going home after office hours and one car cornered me, I fell down and fortunately escaped death. The car owner came down to inquire, and turned out to be my friend. He told sorry, but told that he tried to save a biker from other side overtaking on this narrow bridge and in process cornered me unknowingly.

2nd incident (Today Morning between 7:50 AM and 8:00 AM) :
I was going to office. On the other side few cars were coming. One in the last came out on my side and I immediately swtiched on my scooty lights and prompted him to go in lane. But that rascal continued and tried to corner me on my side. I kept cool & steady and kept balance. But you can understand the situation - one car on the other side in right lane, 2nd car trying to corner me in my lane and me balancing to save myself - on this narrow bridge.

Don't know who that rascal was but this happens almost daily with some or the other citizens and traffic need to be monitored.

It is my humble request to do the needful by installing the camera's on the bridge at earliest as I understand putting divider is practically not possible.

Acc. to 122/177, motor vehicle act, without towing, , the penalty is 100/-, , , , ASI traffic police collected 200/- for my car parking at NO PARKING ZONE, , , its my mistake i have not read the back page of the receipt which states of fine rs100...there is also a rule of refund...i want to make refund of 100/-...kindly help me out of this

Today I was going to tibetiyat market on Rajmahal road. Traffik police was taken my bike for illegal parking. At the same time I meet police and telling this is my bike pls return me I m ready to pa fine. But they were not return bike and telling me come at Nr. TOP MOTIBAG. When I was gone there a police ask me to give 100 Rs. I said okk. Pls give me receipt. Then police ask me about licence and PUC. I saw him. After that they ask me about document of bike. Which are at my home. So I finally giving 100 Rs. WITHOUT receipt. So. Traffic police officer are cheater.

To, The Authority Concerned, Traffic Police, Vadodara, Gujarat. Subject : A information about dictatorship of Traffic police Vadodara with common men. Respected Sir/Madam, With due respect I want to draw yours attention on the given matter:- INSTANCE: - Near SBI Alkapuri, Traffic crane has approached & tried to take 2 wheeler of my friend on its Crane. The motorcycle was just on ground; my friend wanted to pay fine of wrong parking. The Policeman told to give 110/- … I opposed as; On-site settlement charges are just half (50-60/-); as the crane charges are not included in it. The Policeman forcefully taken 110/- against the Onsite fine charges for 2-wheelar. After that I was going to ICICI bank to purchase some foreign currency. Suddenly the same crane appeared. The Policeman suspected that; I was chasing him to take photo of him … (Sting Operation Type). He misbehaved like hell in front of public. As his ego was got hurt in front of his “Crane-wala’s 2-3 persons”. 1. - Is his suspect can be considered as a “Total Truth”? 2. - He tried to threaten me after arguments; by saying “Tere ko 186 lagaunga” … ; A common man has hardly know about these things. When I searched on net; It mean “Driving when Mentally or Physically unfit to drive”. Is a common man can be anytime be proven as Physically unfit / mentally unfit ? A person is educated & passed out from IIT, working as a Executive in Central government’s top Oil PSU … but in few seconds; it can be proven as Mentally unfit by a Police-Uniformed person due to his ego. 3. - He snatched my 2-wheelar keys ; when the engine was ON & I was on a common government road. Is this dictator behavior of Law maintaining authorities is right? 4. - He said ; “Main Highcourt / Supreme Court se nahin darta, tere ko jo karna hai vo kale” ; Is the single star traffic police person is greater than Honorable ‘High court / Supreme Court’ ; or greater than a common man, who is proudly following the correct safety rules ? Is Ego o[censored]niform is reach upto this height, that it can challenge the constitution of India? 5. - Finally When the people gathered & supported me, than It given the keys & let me go . Now the issues arises : A Traffic policeman can charge any fine from the common persons. No laws do matter for him. He can take double the actual fine. He can suspect that he is getting chased. He can put 186 (“Driving when Mentally or Physically unfit to drive”) to a physically fit person, he can challenge mental integrity of common persons without any proof, he can take our 2-wheeler keys when the engine is in ON condition, He can do anything to common persons as his ego got hurt in front of his “Crane-wala’s 2-3 persons” ; He is beyond the honorable ‘High court / supreme court”. Thanks to Government of India; for giving so much dictating powers to a common single star traffic police persons. Why I have raised it : I know that nothing is going to happen of this information / suggestion; but atleast the authorities must know about the law & order conditions of the city. Nothing can be done of a government employee before 60 years retirement age; but atleast his superior must know about the behavior of his subordinates ; who have proud & ego ; greater than ‘High court / Supreme court’. I know that this type of complaints are coming in bulk everyday …. But still I want to oppose the Unethical & wrong things. I am not alone, who had suffered from this dictatorship, there are many. Dear Sir, I and my son daily travel on Lal baug over bridge. We often observe that traffic from pratap nagar approach road comes carelessly and tries to pass wrong side towards vishvamitri side. This is very serious matter, as we on two wheller could not view such wrong siders, if some four wheller is ahead o[censored]s. This may cause to fatal accident. I reside at B/3, Kaivalkrupa Society, B/H Manekpark Busstop, Near Reliance Super, Harni Road, Vadodara - 390 022. My house is just behind the Manekpark Busstop on the Harni Road. Daily, we are finding is very difficult to bring our vehicles in & out of our compound, since there is a long queue of two wheelers parked by the people going to work to Halol. There is a pay & park just near to my house but the people are not parking their vehicles in parking stand as they have to pay for the same. We daily have to argue with them & sometimes they use abusive language, though thay are in fault. Due to the excess parking of two wheelers the sweepers employed by our corporation are unable to sweep the area & so the area remains too much dirty. So, I request to send the traffic crane & take the needful steps as early as possible.

As on Today, I was passing from the Racecaurse circle GEB office Vadodara Area, a Auto whose Registration no is GJ 06 AT 9634, has hit and run, after blocking and holding come to know that this auto is drive by the person who has no licence and no texi badge. as i have don the complain to trafic police to chak the licence and required papers for the auto, he has refused to chk and advised that go to sayajigunj police station for the complain. my Complains 1 Why he has crossed traffic signal? 2 why he has banged my scooter from back? 3 Why Trafic Police has refused to chk his papers? 4 Even thow knowing that no Proper licence and no paper for public transport, how can he allowed. Why not detain that auto

I reside at 4, Rajaram Society, Muchmahuda Teen Rasta, Behind Shivaji Statue. Daily, we are finding is very difficult to bring our vehicles in our compound, since there is a long queue of auto rickshaws standing in front of my gate, though there is a rickshaw stand on the opposite side of the road. We daily have to argue/ quarrel with the rickshaw drivers, who sometimes use abusive language, though they are are fault. Since it is a heavy traffic road and the location is just besides teen rasta, the other people also find it difficult to take a turn, since the auto rickshaws are abruptly parked. My parents are very elderly and suffering from medical ailments. They also find it lot difficult to cope up with this situation.

Hope that you are able to take quick action in regard thereto.

I had parked my two wheeler at Saffron complex ,fathegunj ,vadodara .There was no any sign board mentioning no parking zone & even there were more than 30 vehicles parked in same row where i parked my vehicle.As i already taken the photograph showing above mentioned .
The crane number is GJ 17 - T - 7182 and name of crane driver is Auub . Traffic police who charged falsely of Rs 100 is Kandarpan Gadhvi ID number B462 .
Due to badly carry over of my vehicle by this traffic police , there is big damage in front wheel movement and the vehicle repairer informed Rs 1000 For new parts fit up .

How can i get back this repairing chargers and compensation?.

In the city of Vadodara Traffic Police is forcing the Two wheeler driver to wear helmet, But they are not able to provide us a better road with free of cattle.

I feel that Traffic Police should provide good quality of road and without cattle and then only they can force us for wearing helmet....

Vadodara Traffic Police is doing a Fantastic job in making only the Car Owners follow the Traffic Rules and Regulations.
Today on traffic poilceman stopped me and asked to pay fine for not wearing seat belt, when I agrued that in city conditions when I was on a speed on 20 Kmph, what purpose would a seat belt serve?? I was asked for DL, PUC,RC Book & that too in Original, when he found everything in place he again asked me to pay fine under MV act & under 4 acts & on being asked what these acts are, he was not in a position to answer me & instead wasted my half hour and kept on agruing. Stating they have Target of Fine collection per day for that particular road and that they have to collect money through fine by hook or crook just to prove to their superiors that they are efficient in their work.
Why not control the traffic flow?? Get to the BASICS of your JOB.

Vadodara Traffic Police is misusing its Power to Harass Common Man. They are insane to catch hold of Innocent and staunch follower of Traffic Rulesand Regulations.
Today on traffic poilceman stopped me and asked to pay fine for not wearing seat belt, i was shocked as.........i was very well intact with Seat Belt..........when i agrued he asked for DL, then PUC........RC Book........when he find everything in place.........he again asked me to pay fine under act of 138 MV act, he wasted my half hour and keep on agruing with full guts that .........if we stop somebody he has to pay something .........i complained about this to his senior officer......he not only misbehaved with me but asked me to Pay fine or else to face dire consequences............his words was.........they have Target of Rs. 5000 per day for that particular road.........and they will collect money through fine..........by hook or crook.
I just want to raise my voice against Atrocity of Vadodara Traffic Police.............Does our Police has lost all their Moral?????????

Nowadays Vadodara Traffic police had intiated to depute some Traffic trainees with the help of some Trust which is actually good for traffic.

But at many places Traffic police has kept SIGNALS when it is actually not require because traffic control cirle is already available & in past traffic was running very smoothly.

But after putting this SIGNALS at circles & managing the traffic at circle & cross lanes just for the sake of training of this new hired Traffic trainees.

So now regular traffic jamm occurs on daily basis. Then what is the outcome of increasing manpower??

I think Vadodara's traffic is very low & can be managed easily with circles available at cross lanes.
So, our point is to suggest to depute Traffic police only such places whereever require, not everywhere........

For example.: At Fatehgunj Post office circle-----Signal stopping not require
At Sarabhai Circle ------Signal stopping not require
