Vahathi Motors Driving School — NOC - Not yet received its been more than 2 months

I had applied for NOC, its been more than 60 days, in the benginig Shankar the person who took my form, said in 15-20 days it will come, I had called them after 20 days they said another 1 week and that is 1 week is still continuing today, I more worried about that, my friend original RC card is with them, last 1 week back they said its already received will courier you, but still now not received. and I asked them to put atleast what app the NOC, for confirmation its been 1 week still now no response, I had almost called 35 times from the 2 months, just imagine how pain full it is, please help man, if you cant service better say we are help less, but giving promise and making customer trouble is very painfull
