Not Refunding an amount of 6000/- payed October 2024

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this with atmost frustration against the said organisation. I had payed an amount of 6000/- r/s last year 27 October 2024. It’s been 9 months they have not done any work assigned, and they are not refunding the amount as well.

Request you to kindly consider this complaint to resolve to get the refund money and oblige.

Not refunding my money

Hi,
Vahati Motor Driving School took Rs. 3500 upfront for driving classes. After taking money they are not giving driving class and not refunding my money.
Kindly look into this issue....

DL not received

Have had the worst experience with this Vahathi Driving School on my son's DL. It is over 6+ months and we haven't yet received the DL smartcard albeit RTO clearance. It has been a frustrating experience following up with Mr. Shankar, seems that DL has been misplaced and no one has a clue of where it is!. Every time we enquire with Shankar he lies with excuses, totally untrustworthy and we customers are taken for a ride besides paying full...

I have paid Rs 7500 on 6th September to this driving school for driving license and training. Initially they have make problem for training. Somehow they completed 10 classes in 1.5 months.
Now they make problem to provide the Learning License.

I have called them multiple times, but no resolution from them. Even they are not picking up the call now.

Name: Biswajita Biswal.

Today is 7th November. Still I have not received my LL.

I don't want anyone else will face this problem. So logging a complain here. While taking money, they will keep on calling you but after that their response is too bad.

    This is with regards to my request to remove hypothecation for my 4 wheeler as I have closed my loan with HDFC.
    I submitted all the required documents and original RC card and Rs. 2500 for this service on 31 May 2023. They asked me to check back after a month.
    I followed up with the owner after a month and he said that everything is done and I can collect the RC card. But when I checked in parivahan, it was not updated and they were not giving back my RC card, just delaying it.
    Finally after 2 months, they agreed that it was not done and that they need a signature from me. Now it’s 3 months now and still have not received my RC. Please help

      My request for Transferring RC us pending from last 100+ days. Tried visiting their office multiple times and tried calling them at least 50+ times. They will pickup call and just tell, Will call you back or will let you know. but I never got a reply or solution. They committed this work for 1 month, now its going to be 4 months and still no reply or response, Very unprofessional and Pathetic service offered from this office. Last time they said they will refund the amount but after that they haven't picked my calls.

        We booked a four wheeler learning service from them for a 15 day course. After that, whenb we expected the trainer to come, nobody came we called the number but he didn’t pick up. Later that day, he picked up and said he’ll come the next day but he did not. Then he shared the number of a trainer and the trainer said he don’t know about it. After this, I confronted them with the refund because the service is not being provided. They asked me to drop a mail after multiple calls from me. I did that and since then they have not pciked up the call and messages are just seen on whatsapp and not replying on mail.
        Then I tried via other number, initially they assured my issue will be resolved soon, they have ghosted that number too.
        The amount I paid is Rs. 8500

          I was promised driving classes daily morning from 7-9 am. On the first day, instructor came 30 minutes late. Entire rest of the week, nobody came for classes. When I spoke to the agency, every day they gave new excuses. I received no prior intimation of cancelled classes on any of the days. Everyday I would get ready and wait but nobody comes to take classes. I requested a refund a week back but the agency is not responding to my query ever since I asked for a refund.

            No response after payment of full amount. My schedule was fixed and full amount paid of 6500rs for 4 wheeler classes along with license.

            I am waiting today for 6am class, no response.Very unprofessional behaviour

              I paid Vahanthi for 1.5Years back for two wheeler license with address change and later renewal of license for 4 wheeler in Feb 2023.

              Two wheeler - After lots of follow up only 2 wheeler learner could be arranged it expired and they never schedule slot of permanent two wheeler licese.
              4 Wheeler - Renewal promised in 15 days paid for two renewal 6000Rs with address change these guys in two months not even managed to clear backlog, harassed and not returning money. These guys are thief in the form of Driving school who are unprofessional and plan is to grab my money without the required service. Shameful action by Vahathi and his owner Shankar. They are two offices one in Kasavanahalli Bangalore and Bellandur Bangalore

                Vahathi is very unprofessional and don't give refund back.
                I paid the entire 6000/- for 4 Wheeler Driving classes + license. They don't schedule classes without follow-up. After getting tired following up with them for almost 1 week, i gave up and asked for refund and iam still fighting for my refund amount.

                I called so many times to their person with the name Shankar. He doesn't respond at all. Whenever he responds, he speaks rudely. They say that refund comes in 2 days and keep extending like that forever. Its almost 2 months and I dint get my refund.

                I went to their office 2-3 times, yet, no luck. Absolutely tired dealing with these people. They are so insensitive and rude to their customers. Not sure how they are running their business like this.

                    Very bad experience. Following up last 5 months for DL. I am continuously calling them and have visited their office around 6 times still no progress. They just keep on bluffing will surely do tomorrow and it keeps on continuing. Not sure whether there will be any action from their end for DL and now LL is going to expire. Last 1 month I am behind them to get DL slot booking and always they give false promise on the date. I want atleast my DL slot booking

                      Not getting a refund

                      I had booked 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers driving classes with Vahathi. I had also paid for getting driving license and merging 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers license at Vahathi. Attached Invoices for the same.
                      Getting every class scheduled with Vahathi was a battle for me with constantly calling them several times. I still forced 15 classes that i paid for, from them somehow. They changed 3 trainers for me within this 15 classes and it started...

                      Hi,

                      I have joined Vahithi, Bellandur for my two wheeler and four wheeler driving on june 2022, after so many follow ups they have provided me with four wheeler, still two calsses pending. But for two wheeler they havent provided training after many follow ups and visitng their office more than 10 times till now. This is clearly unprofessional after taking money and cheating, I need my refund at any cost.

                      Shankar from Vahithi calling every time from past one month and telling me that I will get my refund, but not giving money back. I am seriously fed up with this people, this driving school should be closed permanently for cheating this many people

                        Almost a year and no DL still!

                        Contacted Vahathi last Feb for DL renewal, they suggested getting a new DL is better, we paid Rs.8000. Got LL soon and in June went to RTO for biometric and photo. Nothing happened after that, hardly responded to calls and messages. If they did pick up, excuse was to blame somebody else. By this time LL also expired. November they come with reasons saying some raid in RTO, hence the delay. As a second option they suggested that they can try...

                        Vahathi motor driving school is a fraud they are taking money of renewal and not submited to rto the cheaters are not even responding to calls

                        they already taken my 7k before also and did not provided me proper training
                        they shifeted the office when i got new office they assured me that i will get my licence but still it is not issued

                        now the final step is remaing of bloging and reviews of their agency and file complaint against that man

                          NOC - Not yet received its been more than 2 months

                          I had applied for NOC, its been more than 60 days, in the benginig Shankar the person who took my form, said in 15-20 days it will come, I had called them after 20 days they said another 1 week and that is 1 week is still continuing today, I more worried about that, my friend original RC card is with them, last 1 week back they said its already received will courier you, but still now not received. and I asked them to put atleast what app...

                          I contacted them for 4 wheeler training and license. They took Rs 6000 on the first day. I only received 8 of the 10 training sessions. Then I requested them to apply for LL. After about 25 phone calls and multiple office visits, they applied. But, the spelling of my name was wrong. Again after multiple phone calls, this was corrected.
                          Getting a slot for DL test was no different. Calls after calls, and 100 excuses later, slot was booked. I passed the test. It has been more than 2 months since the test. Still have not received the DL. So tired of their excuses. PLEASE RESOLVE. I NEED MY DL URGENTLY.

                            They took money for Driving License and did nothing

                            I am a differently abled person. They took 16k from me claiming they'll help me with my driving license and neither did they do anything nor did they give my money back in spite of my contacting them several times about it....
