I am a differently abled person. They took 16k from me claiming they'll help me with my driving license and neither did they do anything nor did they give my money back in spite of my contacting them several times about it....

It is more than two months over after giving my test ride for four wheeler but vahathi is not able to provide my permanent driving license after addition of four wheeler license . I had went multiple times physically to Keshvanahalli branch and they always promised that they will give my driving in just couple of days but they neither receiving call nor responding the messages . It is very painful and do not how to get the things done and they had taken my original DL for two wheeler also .

I have taken a course of 10 days driving classes and paid the complete amount of Rs 4000.
But I only got 5 classes in more than 15 days. And after 5th class they never arranged a single class. Means I have lost my 5 days classes money as well as learnt nothing due to irregular classes (5 classes in more than 15 days).

I asked for my refund. They did not refund the amount as well as start not picking my phone calls.

Hi, I have paid for Vahati Motor driving school Kasanavahalli branch on July 12th to take car driving classes. I took 3 classes from 21st July and then I became ill and asked to continue after 5 days. But they were not able to schedule any classes on time and so I asked to refund the amount and contacted main branch in Bellandur. They agreed for that but after multiple follow-ups they are not refunding the amount. It's been two months i am asking for refund but no result.

My name is prashant kulkarni. My earlier 4 wheeler driving license was expired and I visited Vahathi Motors to renew it he told since its from different state, its better to go for new DL and will get it in no time. He took Rs. 5500.00 learning license and driving license. after leaning license I waited for a month and booked a slot for driving test, once the test is done Mr. Shankar mob. no.[protected] toldf me if you pay Rs. 1000.00 extra I will make sure you get license in 2 days. I am still waiting now 4th week is started, he is not picking up call nor responding on what app. such a fraud person.

Based on the fake reviews from Google, I opted for Vahathi Driving school in Mar'22 for my wife.

The driver came for 2 sessions, but after that no sessions were provided. We called everyday till April 1st week. But the POC Shakar kept on prolonging that the driver will come tomorrow but even after a month of continuous follow-ups no response.

I have visited there office thrice for a refund, but now we are standing in the month of August, that is 5 months from opting the service and now they have stopped receiving my calls.

We had paid 8000 INR for 4 Wheeler driving class and licence. Attached invoice.

In April 2022 I paid 13000 to the school manager for renewal of DL issued by RTO Avinashi TN
Till date I’ve not received the renewed DL and the school office manager and assistant are dodging with lame excuses
Please resolve the issue immediately...

They are completely unprofessional and doing blame game only. I have paid for training, and they are yet to start classes and no one taking the phone call.

We paid 6500. 2 classes out of 4 promised slots post numerous calls. Tired and asked for a refund many weeks back. No response. Not taking calls.

So much frustrated dealing with this driving school....

I paid in full Rs.6500 for my son's driving licence on the 30th of May(10 days training and for attaining license). They said said he can start classes on 11th of June. They helped us get the learners license but till date(17th June) they have not done even one class. They don't pick up calls and when my husband went to the office to enquire about classes and/or get a refund the lady in the office said that the owner doesn't pick up her calls too. I want a refund of the amount I paid Vahathi

I applied through Vahati for my driving license. My driving license was issued in March first week. The Vahati staff has not given me the hard copy of my license in spite of repeated follow-ups. They stop picking up calls as soon as you complain. In case, they pick up they promise resolution in a day and don't respond for weeks.

I also gave them the RC transfer of a second hand i 10 in April first week. They claim to have submitted the transfer documents but I have not received any acknowledgment from RTO nor has the ownership been transferred. They have stopped giving updates or answering calls. I am very worried about the safety of my documents.

This has been resolved. But it took 4 months of follow-up. These guys have no idea of customer service. The only time you will receive a phone call from them is when an online complaint is submitted.

This has now been resolved. It required 4 months of follow-up. We gave them the documents in April. They submitted only in June. That too after reviews were posted in online forums.

Their promise of customer service - we will eventually do it. ( and you are supposed to be grateful :) )Thoroughly unprofessional.

I had paid 22000 rs for bike RC transfer from Tamilnadu to Karnataka.
It has been almost 5 months.
He doesn't pick up the phone most times. After calling 30 times, he will take the call once and ask me to wait.
He hasn't provided any updates as to where the process is stuck in RTO.
I am just fed up . Not sure what to do.

We signed up for 10 day driving classes by paying Rs. 4000 upfront

We have purchased an old car from our relative and wanted to get the following 3 services from the Vahathi Motors Driving School (Shankar)

Change of Address
Transfer of Ownership
Re Registration

They have taken Road tax amount (168724) and services Amount (15000).

The date on which the amount was given was 03-Jan[protected] and later the rest of the payment was done a month later.br...

• I requested re-registration of 2 vehicles through Vahathi. They took 75% of the overall amount upfront.
• For 70 days, they had nothing but excuses whenever I asked for an update on the re-registration.
• Finally I had no choice but to visit the police station to take their help. Immediately, I received a call back and I was promised to give my money and documents back.
• I got the documents the very next day.
• But the harassment continued for the refund of money. I was asked to write an official mail with the claim that post 7 days of receipt of e-mail, refund amount will be credited.
• It took about 40 days (post the initial 70 days) with another visit to police station and multiple follow-ups to get the refund money back

Their customer service is poor. They are INCOMPETENT. And when people are incompetent, they opt for malicious business practices to earn quick money.

Shankar has committed that he help me to get the duplicate rc and get it transferred to my name, its been more than what time he has asked for and he is not able to do my work. Now he is not returning my money (6000) and not picking my calls.

I got my money finally after putting 2 consumer cases, calling multiple time to the center, chatting on whatsapp and physically going to the center to collect money. I had to drive for 30 kms approx (one side) to just get the money. When I paid it was via google pay but they dont want to refund it electronically. Closing this case now as I got my refund but I'm not going here for any work, I had worst experience of my life.

sir this is work form yeshwanthpur RTO already we submitted the documents to RTO sir we paid the amount to rto agents also dont be urgent sir we will refund ur amount ones rto agents transfer the amount
