Sir,
Myself tapas paul. I have worked in valecha engineering limited as an engineer from 23rd september 2015 to 1st december 2016. I got salary with basic pay 8200/- rs. And every month 984/- rs (@12% of basic pay) was deducted from my salary to provident fund. When i was working in this organization i had asked for my pf no & uan no several times to my employer but not got any feedback still now. Even now i asked for pf no & uan no to employer through telephonic but no response from their.

    Myself arpan hazra. I have worked in valecha engineering limited as an engineer from 26th june 2014 to 7th may 2016. I got salary with basic pay 8000/- rs. And every month 960 rs (@12% of basic pay) was deducted from my salary to provident fund. My pf no is kd/mal/0021759/000/0008986 & uan no is[protected]. I left job almost two years before but even pf passbook data not updated & not linked with my uan. When i try to check pf amount replies that this pf no not valid. Please help me to get passbook details & to link this pf no with above uan. Otherwise help me how to withdraw my pf amount.

      I had invested rs 4000 in fixed deposit in year 2013 which was matured on 2016 but till date i have not received interest nor principal amount. I had written numerous letters and even had called so many times to companies office but they are telling they have stopped giving amount. Even i had personally visited their office but of no use. People working there are not bothered about investors and our money. They replied when managing directors tell us that time we will refund your money. We do not want to tell any thing more than than.

        Have an fd for rs 40, 000 with valecha enginnering ltd. Fd matured in february 2016. I sent the receipt for return of principal amount to karvy consultants who are the authorised agents for valecha. Till date i have neither received the principal amount nor the interest from valecha engg. Company does not reply. Nor has it given any information publicly on the fixed deposits.

          I Rabindra Das jointly with Surekha Das hold an FD of Valecha Engineering Ltd. It had matured on 7/3/16 but the company has failed to repay the principal till date. I need the fund urgently for my mother undergoing cancer treatment. After repeated mails and calls, it has fall into deaf ear's. The company management doesn't have the courtesy to reply to the mails/attend the calls.Is this what is called "Aache Din".

          Updated by RABIDAS           Thanks for notifying the posted complaint to Valecha Engineering but there is no response from the company management. Hope the management consider the matter as early as possible and help me ease my financial woes to some extent.

          Updated by RABIDAS           No response from the company management as expected. EVERY INSTITution be it SEBI, ROC, MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS and all other bull ##### are in hand and glove with these types of corporate frauds. Just rob the common people and poor investors money.

            I am preeti shah. My fixed deposit 309224 of amount rs.1lakh matured on 16-1-16. The company neither answers my calls nor my emails. Please tell me whether the company intends to pay us but when or will the company usurp my money. I am a heart patient and have to incur lot of expense on tests treatments and medicines. There is my daughter's marriage also to look to. I really need my money. Please bring all the investors together and we can take a morcha at valecha office.

                I have on FD with valecha Engineering company. FD no 608003 Company has posted amount of interest but the principal amount is still with the company. Why is my Principal amount pending? Company should pay me the same.

                Payment is not yet received.

                No response from company.

                Nobody picks up in thier fixed deposits department.

                  I am having fd details as under. I have not received my principal amount of the deposits made. The maturity date was 28th february, 2015 and the said amount is outstanding till today's date.
                  Fd details:
                  1. Deposit no. = 608281. Amount of deposit = rs. 30000. Period of deposit = 12 months. Maturity date = 28/02/2015.

                  2. 1. Deposit no. = 608282. Amount of deposit = rs. 30000. Period of deposit = 12 months. Maturity date = 28/02/2015.

                  Please advice me on necessary steps that can be taken against such an issue.

                        Ms.Jyoti Issarani, PUNE Yes the Director report of above named company dated 17/8/15 for fy 31.3.15 on page 10 para 5 has made some disclosures... one among them is QUOTE..company has applied u/s 74/2 of the Act before CLB Mumbai Bench for the extension of repayment of FD accepted before commencement of the Act.No order has been passed by the CLB or Tribunal or RBI or any other Tribunal on the Company..UNQUOTE We have seen the Website of CLB Mimi for listing of case of M/s Valecha Engineering Limited but no listing of above case has been mentioned .Further the orders CLB are pasted but both no mention of the case is there. I have raised the issue through RTI on CLB Mumbai and awaiting the information from Bench officer and CPIO.

                        Velecha engineering has defaulted in fixed deposit payment.
                        Inspite of substantial profit in audit report why CLB has agreed to extend the fixed deposits payment.
                        On the other hand they haven't informed about any such development to investor.
                        I am also the shareholder of this company.

                        I think RBI has done a mistake by not protecting small investors while withdrawing company fixed deposit scheme and giving full freedom tp company to cheat the customers.

                        Will RBI take that responsibility and correct its mistake.

                        Huge numbers of small investors are impacted by all type of big or small company fixed deposits.

                          I ahd deposited Rs.200000 (Rs. 2 lacs) in Valecha Engineering on 3/4/2013. When the FD matured on 3/4/16, a month in advance I sent the Original FD Receipt to the Co. It is more than a month neither I ahve receieved Principal amount nor interest.

                          I am retired Senior Citizen and no income. Pl. help

                            There is no clear information on Valecha Engineering Ltd's intention to repay Fixed deposits. The only information I have is that they have stopped accepting FDs wef 1.4.15 which is the date given under the Companies Act, 2013 under S. 74(1). Other than that the company does not seem to have made any other voluntary disclosure in the public domain on repayment of its FDs. Anybody have any more information on Valecha, please write here. Also if there are any specific complaints on Valecha Fixed Deposits, please do write.

                            I have on FD with valecha Engineering company. FD no 604489 Company has posted amount of interest but the principal amount is still with the company. Why is my Principal amount pending? Company should pay me the same.

                            Non Receipt of Maturity Amount on FD

                            I have invested
                            (1) Rs.35000/- in the name of Jayesh B. Modi joitly with Ramaben B. Modi.
                            (2) Rs.35000/- in the name of Jalpa B. Modi joitly with Ramaben B. Modi.
                            (3) Rs.35000/- in the name of Ramaben B. Modi joitly with Bharatkumar B. Modi.
                            which were matured on 27th June, 2015.

                            I got the interest for all these FDs. But till now I haven't received the CAPITAL AMOUNT YET from the company. Please do needful for that.

                              Valecha Engineering is famous corporate house in Construction Industry in India, But its cheating to their vendors and not releasing their Payments and Continuous cheques getting bounced.

                              We worked for Valecha Engineering Limited at BGR ENERGY PLANT (We have given machinery on hire)- and work has been done already but still they are not releasing the payments to us

                              We want to aware investors of Valecha Engineering Limited that what is going in this company.

                              We have rcvd part payment a sum of 50 Lacs, But given cheques are continue bouncing

                              Please register a complaint against valecha engineering limited, This is a big cheating and fraud with Vendors

                              And innocent peoples are suffering due to this If our peoples going for payment in Mumbai, They are abusing to our peoples and threatening
