I complaint for Refund of Credit Amount.


I am Franchisee of Beam Money Pvt. Ltd. I have a Credit Balance of Rs. 10, 000 i.e. kept with Beam Portal. Now Beam Web Services has been fully stopped, I can't able to open it . I have sent a number of mails and they were making false promises every time. Presently they are not pick phone as well as reply by mail. All my request for refund of my credit amount i.e kept with their portal are like just water on deaf ears. They have not cheated me alone but also a number of franchisees are facing the same problem.

I am a Franchisee of Beam Money Pvt Ltd. known as “BEAM” it is a Travel portal. B2B Beam is an electronic commerce retail portal purely for B2B businesses only for selling services belonging to various principals of Beam. I have a Credit Balance of Rs. 4264 (Aprox.). Now BEAM web services totally stop. It’s happening during 2 months. Last 29th april reply by mail it will work from 1st May 2015. But now a days they aren’t pick up phone or reply by mail. I have taken Franchisee of Beam Simple Money Services (a unit of Suvidha Starnet Pvt.Ltd.) in the month of October. At the time of Dealing Company's Area Sales Manager Mr. Shivendra Pareek and Distributor Mr.Anish Jain came to me and took Rs.2600/- from me and paid Rs.2500/- online as Beam Fee. Then next day they gave me a pin no. and a Welcome kit and told me that now you are our Franchisee and now you can recharge any mobile, any dth or can deposit postpaid mobile. Then they told me that now have to get a top up of 3000/- so that you can do the same. I paid rs.3000/- and they gave me a top up of rs.3000/- I used them. Then again I took a top up of rs.1000/- after depositing rs.1000/- in Mr. Anish Jain's Current a/c in the name of Soft Trade Solutions Pvt.Ltd. Now from last 20 days I am regularly calling them for Top up, but they are saying there is some technical default, we are unable to give you Top up. Finally yesterday they told me that now have to take minimum Rs.3000/- top up. While rs.1000/- top up is also available with the company. So, please take some action against this Fraud company.

I am sending this mail to aware how Delhi base Company BEAM MONEY PRIVATE LIMITED,formerly known as SUVIDHA STARNET PVT. LTD.doing their nasty business in the market. We all staffs including the former staffs of the company are being cheated by this company only for the senior V.P name Ajay Kumar.What he is doing, just hire people for their marketing segment and keep them for 3 or maximum 4 months. Then he kicked them and not paying the last month salary and all settlements. I am the same victim of the company.With me several people are there.I am going to media to disclose everything. You Please take steps. They are doing the same in whole India basis.

Last year in the month of November Both of the Territory& Area sales manager Approach me & explain about the Beam Distribution the Amount of distribution is 50,000 Totally Refundable
& said That if i make franchise for each franchise beam will pay us a commission of Rs 1000 in Return i made nearly 35 franchisee
& the total franchisee now in Hyderabad are more than 310 they never paid any commission to any distributor
in addition to that

They continuing to postponing their commitment, they will pay us commission soon as soon they launch their company product officially in HYDERABAD beam never launched in Hyderabad NOR planned to launched in Hyderabad mean while 3 to 4 distribution resign for distributor ship in Hyderabad from then i am the only distributor who run it till now on the loss basis @ 7000 Rs per month from the date of handling distributorship just waiting for the commission .

in short the company launched only to cheat or deceive people hundreds of franchises are now debt ridden from fake promises of this vp Ajay Kumar & their staff that beam provide same services as E Seva ( a product of govt of AP) just you need to own a computer with a phone and a cell
phone hundreds of franchise took hand loan / to fill the dreams
when i resign from my distribution they refund me only with 45000, remaining they charge for the instigation fee which they said me that they wont charge at the time of distribution in written letter form i request to Return my 5000 integration fee & franchisee company And to look of all franchisee made by me to do a business or return their franchisee cost or Stop this fraud business
i request the president of beam , or the government to stop a open fraud of this beam the attached photo to this complaint clearly states that paid 50000 Rs is full Refundable and typed by the company or by staff in according to that the company should refund the 5000 thousand also i own well noted person in entire telecom industry on trusting on me the number of franchisee which was made by me are suffering lot of losses

like services. & collected my Document id Proofs & photographs with Rs 1500 in the form of cash this staff they made DD and forwarded the amount to Delhi and provided me with a password with this i can do the following services such as electcity,water,post paid telecom bills, movie tickets, train tickets ,flight tickets, mobile & Dth Recharges, cab /taxi/ bus ticket etc, under one shop

As per the company guidelines we can do following services both from sms & web site
(www.beam.co.in) using our phone number and password (which company call as spin)
But I can’t able to do nothing just one service some telecom Operators Recharges that too top irregular basis on & off time services, or we loose our balances but customer never get balance, or double recharge done on one single traction, this type of hundreds of complaints which we have already registered with distributers ,regional staff ,customer care ,president business head & we never got any Response till today, company president (Mr Ajay ) visited my premises & some franchises in the month of may 20011 & promise to solve the said all complaints & to open local zonal office in a month. by today over two months already over & 8 months of my franchise period gone by doing nothing

Beam’s all staff removed by the company in Hyderabad later we came to know that beam collected 1500 to 50000 amount from over different shops in the form of franchise & distribution on showing a big dreams to innocents shop keepers business seekers etc ..,

I request the government to put a full stop on the company like BEAM SUVIDA which goes on collecting amount & providing nothing in the name of RBI APPROVAL certification going on fooling people in the name of big business offers & ask the company to refund the total collected amount as soon as possible
This will be the big scam amount for huge collected from poor people if company (BEAM )show at least one franchise or distributor who earn at lest Rs 1 .in this 9 months then I will give reward to that person according to the sale of that day
