Me and my friend have applied through them, he got his approval but unfortunately i didn't get picked up and everything has been settled till now. It's amaze to see your concern but as per my information people who had cooperated and had patience had been resolved till now and others are still in process. Will suggest to wait for sometime as things are getting sorted daily basis you should not being ignored. If it is so then feeling bad for you.

One should contact Dept of Labor, Dept of Justice or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about value consulting for cheating candidates in the name of H1b visa. They are all Indians who are using names as applicable to christians and luring candidates with H1b visa & infact they have acquired huge sums of money and neither did they file any visa nor refunded back in case o[censored]nsuccessful applicants as was originally provisioned. have allegedly taken a sum of Rs. 1, 36, 400 /- in the name o[censored]S H1B visa processing and was supposed to make refund of the entire amount on their own record and promise, as the case did not proceed after lottery stage, but till date they have dealt immense harassment and is neither responding to calls or informing anything about refund. Whenever I try to reach them they say different things, generally avoid conversation, slam the phone, etc. On their own account they were supposed to refund by July/Aug ’15. It may be noted that H1B visa is issued to limited foreign nationals by US government basis their skill demands

I am also a victim of the value consulting inc. and they took 2250$ amount from me and have never reverted back afterwards.
I could join u in filing any case against them, i[censored] are planning to lodge any case against them..

I was provided with an offer dated- 02/09/2015 by Niraj and have Paid $2250 as a security deposit which I was told would be refundable in all the cases, even if the case is picked or not in lottery .

Its the worst and cheapest company i have ever dealt with.All the reviews are bad for them and if there is any good review then that is from the management only for which they are paid(to give good review about this company they pay the people which they collect from us as a H1 b filing fees).

Actually even my case has been resolved...

my case is not yet resolved and i[censored]r case is resolved why ur identity is hidden.

Is it something related to New H1 for this Year ? if it is so then yes process was slow but last week my brother's issue was sorted and hence i have been asked to share my experience over here. And process is still on and rest will be sorted by this month end because numbers are too high (As conveyed by them). He have been informed to wait till October so he did so and things had been executed.

See I dont have any personal issues with any one but I have already waited so long more than 4 months and now I cant wait anymore as I need the money badly which is my own money and was promised that I am in the topmost priority list for the refund hence so far my experiences are worst and I can not recommend Value Consulting to any one to choose for H1B filing now onwards.I call them they dont pick up the calls, I mail them they dont respond to it .I am not supposed to follow them all the time for my own money.

These cheater are located at Value consulting, Mumbai office and operate in the evening and night shift to fool h1b aspirants. They have also making threatening call to many candidates for not to file any police case.

Yes, Value Consulting is Fraud company run by Ashish Sahney and Manish Sahney from Oshiwara, Andheri-W, Mumbai.
Priyanka calls from Intelli Screen to sign a dummy agreement for refunds which is fake. Police complain and FIR is required to lodge a formal complain and with USCIS.

Truth is both Ashish and Manish started business with intention to grow it but

1. Lack of experience
2. Lack of ethics

got better of them. Manish is womaniser so he lost it there...although Ashish is also same...he is an NIT Trichy grad and later studied in the US, there real business may not ever be known possibly money laundering. Ashish has tried runninng multiple companies value conulting, business pointers etc etc...some of the ideas were good also but for execution.

Now filing H1B and not refunding money is the new found thing for past 2-3 years they have found.

All prospective candidate - find any other agency to file not value consulting...they have no systems or processes what so ever. I tell you many of past candidates H1B appli was not even filed (I was an insider).

All positive reviews are fake - either here or glassdoor...there was a complaint regarding cheating and molestation (on conusmer complaints) which value consulting got blocked thru depart of IT, simply because claims were found to be unsubstantiated - possily because the person who alleged all that never came forward and department of IT got it blocked.

All positive comments are written by Ashish or his stooges - they will show as if a candidate or a consultant who is working with them currently is happy with them. Ashish you also know in this world people will not take time to write negative and will never waste time to write positive feedback... anyways well tried

You already know and had a big list in your hands that with how many innocent people you have played and cheated with your bloody tricks in every year. I heard you haven't refund money since 2011 and had big queue to clear.

Generally during Jan to March of every year, on the name H1B visa process you guys collects security deposits. When you asked for security deposit, innocent people trusts you and send you amount their day and night hard earned instantly with out any delay. But actual picture starts after then where will use strategic words like Hope, Patience and Luck etc. and this will never end. Later few months they wont lift calls/No email response and they will cut the calls if they identify you

But on one day I'm 100% sure that who ever involved, they and their family will face 10times more difficulties.

Guys, Please don't think that people will forgot and ignored what you did to them. No one will forgot you. But on one day they will bounce back and drag you to streets and make you beg and then you will realize that beggar are better than you guys.

You have been telling me to be patience since Feb'2015 for H1B and then for refund. You already know that there wont be any output.
