Value Consulting — Cheaters-fraud, taking money from candidates on name of H1B

Value Consulting is a H1B scam company, several people are affected by Value Consulting and frustrated don’t know what to do next. Here are list of steps to be taken to take legal action against them as soon as you came to know that you are cheated/abused by them. Please keep a copy of all complaints safely and all complaints are must so don’t miss anything from the list below

10. File a complaint to Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/sfio.html

Please use the below format as suggested by USICS

• The name of the H-1B petitioning employer/company & owner name (email subject)
• The address of the employer/company or location of the H-1B worker(s), including the city and state
• A description of the alleged violation, abuse, or suspected fraud
• Your email address
• Your name and phone number (optional)
• Any other information that may be useful to investigate the alleged fraud or abuse
• Email subject with H-1B petitioning employer/company & owner name (Ashish Sawhney)

It is very important to mention owner of the company ‘Ashish Sawhney’ in all the complaints. Please also mention other companies owned by Ashish Sawhney.

Everyone...I am totally disagreed with this review.

I have got my H1B without paying. It is now in my hand. I have read this review and felt astonished...why some people write these bad sentence.

I don't know, have they seen their service in their own eye?

I recommend you to see their assistance and office.

Only one guy/supporter/employee/idiot is giving positive review on this value less consultancy with different different names.

OK. I'm again telling for your information. I and many people got cheated by this useless and value company. we have all the authentic proof's on hand.

Here we are trying to show case the fraud this bloody company did to us. If you thing your time is valuable then try to understand and try to give a "SOLUTION" rather than making unnecessary discussion. We will respect you and try to follow it.

but don't make unnecessary discussion to project this bloody company as Good company. If you think so then create a separate blog and praise this company along with others who got H1B.
