Yes, Value Consulting is Fraud company run by Ashish Sahney and Manish Sahney from Oshiwara, Andheri-W, Mumbai.
Priyanka calls from Intelli Screen to sign a dummy agreement for refunds which is fake. Police complain and FIR is required to lodge a formal complain and with USCIS.

Truth is both Ashish and Manish started business with intention to grow it but

2. Lack of ethics

got better of them. Manish is womaniser so he lost it there...although Ashish is also same...he is an NIT Trichy grad and later studied in the US, there real business may not ever be known possibly money laundering. Ashish has tried runninng multiple companies value conulting, business pointers etc etc...some of the ideas were good also but for execution.

Now filing H1B and not refunding money is the new found thing for past 2-3 years they have found.

All prospective candidate - find any other agency to file not value consulting...they have no systems or processes what so ever. I tell you many of past candidates H1B appli was not even filed (I was an insider).

All positive reviews are fake - either here or glassdoor...there was a complaint regarding cheating and molestation (on conusmer complaints) which value consulting got blocked thru depart of IT, simply because claims were found to be unsubstantiated - possily because the person who alleged all that never came forward and department of IT got it blocked.

All positive comments are written by Ashish or his stooges - they will show as if a candidate or a consultant who is working with them currently is happy with them. Ashish you also know in this world people will not take time to write negative and will never waste time to write positive feedback... anyways well tried

Priyanka who mails from IntelliScreen for forged agreement to refund amount is actually the coordinator for Value Consulting and works from the same Oshiwara office, Mumbai.
These fraudsters have multiple cheating cases against them. The owner of Value Consulting is Manish Sawhney who runs this racket to of dummay H1B processing and not return money back to candidates.
There are close aids like Nilesh Prabhu who does work for Manish and big liar.
there are dummy names like Solomon, Charles, Alan ..and the fake English names are all their employees sitting at their Oshiwara, Mumbai office.
They even take INR 2500 to conduct interviews from the job seekers so you can understand their working standards.
As a social awareness to our friends, I again request you NOT to come in their H1B trap since your hard earn money will be duped by Value Consulting. PLEASE DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF THIER H1B FRAUD.

I'm cheated by these stupid value consulting.I have paid 140000 for h1b visa transfer my case.Now these guys are not responding emails and calls.

All people are sitting in Mumbai they change the names like Allan Rough, Shan Tyler like this running operations from Mumbai.

Please dont believe this stupid ppl.

My Uncle IPS Police officer, I had discussion reg this.He is checking this case.Hope this people information will get soon.All ready investigation started.
