I had made the payment o[censored]SD 2750 through one of the companies in India named Intelli Screen Pvt. Ltd. where I was told to transfer the INR equivalent of the above amount. However I was informed that my petition did not get selected in the lottery and since May 2015 I am being told that the money will be returned back. However since November 2015, they have have stopped responding to email/phones and I am really suspicious whether the petition was actually filed. Is there any legal action that I can take against this company? I have been trying to reach the contact person's phone number +[protected] and also the company's number[protected] /[protected] without success. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I just got the email as new comment added here. I can see few people are so much eager to lodge complain like Henry and dharti. I hope at least someone would have took legal action against them. Then company should have been shut down till now. But unfortunately this company is still running smoothly. SAD FOR YOU GUYS. It's fun to read comments of same people with different names.
FYI - I am one of those consultant whose case got picked up and got approved too and earning decent with this company so i can openly share my positive experience with you people.
Whenever i will get time i will be there to reply people like you as i will get email notification as someone added comment into it.
Suggestion: Do not waste your time here in fact use that time to brush up your skills.

Solomon how much u get paid to write fake comments on behalf of Ashish? U try fraud for h1b and I keep exposing value consulting.

Truth is both Ashish and Manish started business with intention to grow it but
1. Lack of experience
2. Lack of ethics
got better of them. Manish is womaniser so he lost it there...although Ashish is also same...he is an NIT Trichy grad and later studied in the US, there real business may not ever be known possibly money laundering. Ashish has tried runninng multiple companies value conulting, business pointers etc etc...some of the ideas were good also but for execution.
Now filing H1B and not refunding money is the new found thing for past 2-3 years they have found.
All prospective candidate - find any other agency to file not value consulting...they have no systems or processes what so ever. I tell you many of past candidates H1B appli was not even filed (I was an insider).
All positive reviews are fake - either here or glassdoor...there was a complaint regarding cheating and molestation (on conusmer complaints) which value consulting got blocked thru depart of IT, simply because claims were found to be unsubstantiated - possily because the person who alleged all that never came forward and department of IT got it blocked.
All positive comments are written by Ashish or his stooges - they will show as if a candidate or a consultant who is working with them currently is happy with them. Ashish you also know in this world people will not take time to write negative and will never waste time to write positive feedback... anyways well tried

Yes, Value is a White collar cheating company who stolen my hard earned money of 2400 USD for last year H1 filing ..

This is number 1 Fraud company with highly trained Professionals(Irresponsible, No ethics, No values, Even ready to kill any one for money). There is no much between these these people and terrorists, ISIS groups. They kill people and these guys eat money like. we wont let our hard earned go in vein. I will take legal action if they didn't refund my money.
I got strongly cheated interms of money and mentally. I have given them 1.58L which includes my 1year savings and my mother gold ornament which she put in mortgage.
When ever i remember all these things, I loose my patience and gets lot of angry.

Generally during Jan to March of every year, on the name H1B visa process you guys collects security deposits. When you asked for security deposit, innocent people trusts you and send you amount their day and night hard earned instantly with out any delay. But actual picture starts after then where will use strategic words like Hope, Patience and Luck etc. and this will never end. Later few months they wont lift calls/No email response and they will cut the calls if they identify you
But on one day I'm 100% sure that who ever involved, they and their family will face 10times more difficulties.
Guys, Please don't think that people will forgot and ignored what you did to them. No one will forgot you. But on one day they will bounce back and drag you to streets and make you beg and then you will realize that beggar are better than you guys.
