To the Police Commisioner, I would like to bring to your notice I was provided with an offer dated- 02/09/2015 by Niraj Shukla and have Paid $2250 as a security deposit which I was told would be refundable in all the cases, even if the case is picked or not in lottery . Below are the details for the transfer of 2250$ from my Bank of America account to the Value consulting account which was sent to me by Alan Rough in his mail. Account- E Train ERP Bank details: Account Name E-Train ERP Inc Address 10432 Balls Ford Rd, Ste 300, Manassas, VA 20109 Bank Name Bank of America Account Number[protected] Routing number[protected]paper & electronic) Routing number[protected]Wire Transfer) Type of account Checking Now when I am trying to reach to these people they are not responding neither picking up my calls.Its a fake company and they use majic jack application for showing false USA phone numbers and they are ruining the name of India. As they promised me they will refund back my amount if my name would not be picked up in the lottery and my name has not been picked up which i suspect that they have even not filed my case and are telling false stories of not picked up in the lottery but as per their promises they should return back my amount which they took in the name of security deposit. The people who are involved in this dirty business are Solomon Benton, Niraj Shukla, Sherwin, Alan Rough. I want these people to be punished strictly and refund back my money as soon as possible. I am Confused why out of 200 Applications only 2 or 4 so called someone Dharti and you are facing issue. I can even notice that Mr Dharti have posted review with different name too. Your concern i can understand but things are really getting sorted and this Mr anonymous is saying is the same thing i get conveyed in July. what i feel that your issue should be solved soon.
If everything is genuine then why nobody responds to the calls or my emails?Why there is a hidden game ???
Why the calls and emails are not being responded.For you its very simple to say we are working and waiting patiently is the only option.I ask you if I have said you the same thing at the time of filing would you have ever filed my visa if I would have said this to you that have patience 2250$ is the huge amount it will take some time for me to pay you have to be patient would you have ever filed my visa?????you would have never.And I am waiting since last 4 months with a same reply that have patience though I told you that how urgent are these 2250$ for me and my family but you are saying only few candidates are left and I am among them however I was told I would be in the priority list based on my need and now you are telling I am in the few left outs ?????

I told you that how badly i need my money back even then you did not put me in the priority list and you are saying only few are left.I have not yet filed any case but if you yourself feel that filing the case would not have any impact on your job and salary and the companies bad reputation doesn't affect you then I will show you how you would be impacted with this as taking back my own money is my legal right and I have proofs that the amount 2250$ is transferred to your account and on 02/09/20.

Also you people can hide your identity but ip address cant be hidden and same is with the voice tracking system in todays era if you are thinking that you can befool people easily and that too with the people who themselves have more than 10 years of experience in the IT field you can not save yourself, its your illusion only as internet age is so fast and open that anyone can be tracked any time even if you keep hiding your identity, trust me .

I got the info that anonymous is none other than the Value Consulting person who has created a fake id and telling lies that he has got back his money.Moreover if any one noticed than from his previous comments also it's clear as if he knows much about the company like he knows about Mr Dharti and he knows this also that he has created the id with some other name too, he knows how many consultants applications were filed through Value Consulting this time, how many candidates have been paid and how many are left out .Its clear and obvious that value consulting has not a single genuine person who can write any good thing about this company .For writing any good thing they have to create their own fake ids and then have to post good things about themselves.

As the people who have put their complaints against Value Consulting in this forum are with their proper email ids and the names and one or two people like you who have received their amount back are putting their feedback as anonymous.
Its strange the anonymous people are checking all the consumer complaints with full details even though they received their money back and telling the data which was told to them by the company by themselves without any concrete proofs.Do you have proofs that its only few people left for money?
Its october started and still the value consulting people are sleeping and have not returned back money and you are saying them genuine merely because they asked you to post this.

My concern was same as yours but they spoke to me and said there are more in numbers hence things are getting slow but the rejection letter and stuff has been shared so there was no option other than waiting and finally things went positive. Would have been suggest to be patience enough but i think you have chosen your way so good luck for that.
