Value Infra Group — Builder not returning booking money | |||||
Sir, I had booked a flat in may 2013 in skywalk project, rajnagar extension gaziabad from value infra group. I booked the flat by paying rs 3, 65, 000 i. E 15% of the cost value of the flat. Builder has promised to complete the project by dec 2016. There is no progress at site and also no rep is available to register complaint. Since, one year i'm trying to get refund back of my booking amount, but no response from the builder. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked one 3 bhk flat in Meadows Vista Phase-1 of M/S Value Infra (previously Value Infracon Pvt Ltd). Full payment was done and the registry of the flat was done on 15 January 2015. At that time the builder promised to hand over the completed flat in another 2 to 3 months after completing the internal fittings, bathroom fittings, ceiling and interior. Now till date as on 26 December 2016 the flat has not been handed over to me. The letters sent to both their offices at NOIDA and New Delhi returned back with comment, 'premise/office found locked'. Nobody responds to phone or mobile calls. Recently, the former care-taker, Mr. Amit gave mobile number of Mr. Abhishek Kashyan who does not talk on phone and he is also not ready to give his whereabouts or the address of the office. Now, I am at a loss what to do.
