Valuemart Gold — Commitment not fulfilled

Dear Sir/Madam I ordered for sachin silver coins on valuemartgold.com on 18th October 2013. My order no was 397 and I paid Rs 3150. I got mail from valuemart that due to RBI restrictions the company will be able to send the coins between 5th november and 15th november 2013. I gave my approval for the same, but after that I didnot receive any communication from their side. i wrote them mails for few times but I did not get any reply from company side.
