[Resolved]  Vanitha — need status of fastag reference number hfr030889

I have booked fastag card from hdfc site with reference number hfr030889. Amount has been deducted from my account, but i did not receive any confirmation email about the same.

I got this message after i booked the fastag card:
"thank you for the details! Your application’s reference number is hfr030889
The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
Our representative will get in touch with you soon.
You will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Contact [protected] for queries."

I haven't received any pdf document and not even received any call from any representative. Request you to solve this issue as soon as possibel
