I had ordered a product from your website on august 17th 2026
the product i ordered from the website was - Elf Bar D3 Pro 30000
the product arrived today (29th august 2026)
and when i opened the package i recieved a soap bar
i had also paid the amount of 1800rs as cash on delivery by UPI payment
and once i opened the box it was just a bar of soap and nothing else
added: there is no contact helpline or any contact information mentioned in the website other than the support email which remains unanswered and unchecked Was this information helpful? |
