I am writing to formally report an online transaction involving a website that accepted payment from me for a product order and subsequently failed to resolve the matter despite my cancellation request.
I placed an order through the website vapeorder.in and paid approximately ₹1, 800 through Cash on Delivery / the applicable payment method. After placing the order, I decided to cancel the order and communicated/attempted to cancel it.
Despite my cancellation request, the order was still delivered/processed. I believe that the manner in which the transaction was handled was deceptive and caused me financial loss and significant inconvenience.
I subsequently attempted to contact the seller and seek resolution/refund, but the issue was not satisfactorily resolved. Was this information helpful? |
