I have ordered a vape via the website www.vapeorder.in.
Order ID is VAP31572.
Waybill number from bluedart: [protected].
It has come from Howrah City, reference number NP0000007BJU.
Cash On Delivery was the only option available, so opted for the same.
Now when I received the product, I opened it and I see a face cream in it..!!

I need this issue to resolve immediately...

I am writing regarding my COD order **Order ID: VAP12365**, for which I paid **₹2, 000** upon delivery.

I had ordered a product from your website on august 17th 2026
the product i ordered from the website was - Elf Bar D3 Pro 30000
the product arrived today (29th august 2026)
and when i opened the package i recieved a soap bar
i had also paid the amount of 1800rs as cash on delivery by UPI payment
and once i opened the box it was just a bar of soap and nothing else

I have placed order using online website- https://vapeorder.in/ on 3 July and received delivery on 10 july via Delhivery Limited. I have opened the pack on 10 july to realise it's a face cream.

I have emailed the support team of Vapeorder but no response. Just today I have seen reviews of this site and most of them had the same expereinces that too in the past couple of days.
