Varun Motors — Issue in WHEEL nut/BOLT which did not informed | |||
Hi, I gave my maruti ritz for serving in Varumotors lingampally on 14th sep, 2020 at 3PM. Delivered vehicle on 15th sep, 2020 at 8.30pm. I planned to travel on 16th sep early morning which i already mentioned to "Vinith chary" who is the service representative. Before Giving the vehicle itself i told that i am going for long drive. Suddenly i got call at 9AM on 16th sep and vinith told there is ISSUE IN WHEEL BOLT WHICH IS NOT PROPER MAY DAMAGE THE TYRE and need to repair it immediately. so he mentioned to pick the vehicle to bring back to showroom and resolve the issue. 1. why service person is irresponsible? 2. what if some unexpected incident happend during my journey because of the mentioned issue?
