I gave my car for serving after I got many calls from them, before they start I asked for estimation with out saying with out any priority information they done servicing and changes my car break pads either out any prior information finally they released a amount of 12k to pay also insurance people gave 1k coupan to apply for servicing mahesh told me this when he visited to my house to pay for insurance after that he didn't contacted me no reply nothing finaly he showed up this coupon is use only for this that with stories rvery one gave e very wrong information and finally I can't use this coupon for discount. All the employees are lies they speak for their work

I have booked vehicle 10 days back in true value bn reddy Hyderabad, but I have decided to not buy that vehicle I asked for refund they should provide with cancellation charges right but they are not providing total booking amount I got a loss of 5000 rs and I have receipt and in that it doesn't have anywhere like "not refundable". So amount should be refunded.

Worst Car service done

I have bought a car from Varun Motors one month ago. My car has been given for servicing yesterday. There are 2 complaints here.
1. They have promised to deliver the car by yesterday evening. They have delayed by 1 day.
2. The car body is not at all washed and instead they have just poured some water on top of it and delivered. That too exactly not at my location.
This is the worst expectation a customer can have. I give ZERO rating if someone asks about Varun motors. GEM motors is performing really well. Try to learn how to service a customer from GEM Motors.

S cross body shop issue
I have given my s cross car reg no tn 10ez 4549 after met with an accident at Varun near Vijayawada airport. Now water is entering from front mirror, again the given for service. They told me some adhesive pesting mistake and sorted out.
Now the problem continue.. but responsible answer my call. Every time I rang up with numbers which I have, they don't attend the call

I bought Swift Dezire Tour S CNG model from Varun Motors Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on 23 May 2022.
While booking the vehicle, the sales person Rajesh (+91 [protected]) informed me that they will do the permanent registration of the car with yellow number plate.
After the delivery of the vehicle, he is now introducing an agent and asking for 8 to 9 thousand rupees for the registration.

False promise and vehicle delay

Iam Shekar Kotagiri (Govt. teacher). I have booked Nexa Baleno Alpha AGS version on 22nd of Jan 2022. My booking number is[protected]. The Sales person agreed for delivery on first week of March 2022 (6 weeks from booking).
However NOW when I am checking with sales and dealer - They are NOT responding and making false statements.
As a customer of MARUTI (Nexa) when I call customer care they say... cant help it please work with dealer only.
Does this mean MARUTI gives more value to dealer than of customer?
So kindly resolve my issue and save Varun motors reputation. Thank you.

Regarding the Maruthi WagonR(TS 02 EE 1800) servicing and no response from Varun motors

HI Team,
I would like to bring into your notice that, being a customer of Maruthi and Varun motors, I had a lot of trust in your services so far. Unfortunately from the last two days, very difficult situations are facing at your service center located in Rekurthy (Karimnagar).
Initially, I gave car servicing (on 30th Nov) to fix the two issues. No other issues were found and these two issues also experienced only two to 3 times before I gave the car for servicing.
1) Overheat sign (red light) during driving
2) Starting trouble (due to loose head cap of battery).
Your service experts informed you that there is a need to change coolant water and other filters. Agreed on the items and requested your experts/technicians to fix all the issues as I am planning to go Vijayawada.
Evening around 4pm got a call from your office, went to your office and brought the car home at around 6.30PM. While I was returning home, I again experienced the same issues. Next day I went to your office and asked about the same. Very confidently, they said that they have fixed the issue, when we opened the car bonnet and didn't see the battery cap which we requested to place. Went for trail run for 5 kilometers and found the same overheating issue. It means, reported two issues not fixed and simply delivered to us by clean car wash and charged 8441/-rupees.
Your representative admitted their mistake during the same time and again asked to keep the car for one more day there. Accepted and again the car checked in yesterday afternoon.
Today again I called your office and on their call, went there at around 5.30PM to bring my car. They were delivered with good looks. Started by driving, with in the distance of 50 meters observed very huge white smoke (new issue which we didn’t experienced before we gave car for servicing) like a morning fag and people who were back to my car reported same.
Just wanted to have clarification below.
1) Without fixing the actual reported issues, not sure why you delivered the car to us twice yesterday and today by charging around 9000/- .
2) In two days, not even 1 kilometer from your servicing center, we faced the same reported issues twice. Your technicians\representative not testing or did trial before delivery?
3) When questioned, they blame each other at office.
4) When I took this issue to your servicing center head (Rakesh), he started telling new story by keeping bills, technicians
Being a customer, I didn't expect such responses and actions from your service center people. We do believe only showroom service centers, just to avoid risks to ourselves and our family during journeys. Please suggest, shall we start believing that your service centers are also playing with the life of your customers by simply not fixing any issues during servicing?
Have you considered how much it impacts on the people who are in the car during journeys and how it ends the life?
Attaching all the documents and pictures for your reference.
I request you to take your customer safety as high priority (instead of focusing on the amount) and re-check the issues reported by the customer at least twice before the checkout of the car.

Poor Service and Duplicate Battery installed in new car KA02MQ8168
My car number is KA02MQ8168.. Not even one year completed we are facing problem in ignition start and after multiple complaints over the call one service person had visited to our residence and took car for servicing and for checking the battery problem. In 2 days they had returned stating that all problems are rectified and car is in good condition with charges of Rs.4300/-.
However in 3 days again we faced same problem in starting the car and we checked with Service centre and got to know battery is duplicate and not working.
We called your service team on the same multiple times and surprisingly till date there is no response.. they just took the battery back to their service center and called back saying battery is working fine. If it is working fine then why are we facing problem in starting the car?
If this is the case then why are we facing problem in starting car every 4 days once.. Are you people trying to fool us or is this malpractice maintained by your showroom ?
I need resolution on priority basis today before 1.30pm as we have to travel to native. Again don’t come and tell me that battery is working fine. I need new battery without any follow up with you guys.. It’s been more than a month we are fighting with you guys.
Or just replace the car itself as i don’t believe your showroom or service team anymore. Very worst service ever seen. If you are trying to guf[censored]p on this case will take to this to next level escalation by suing a case.

We have given our car for servicing to Varun maruthi Vizianagaram, With car bearing Ap 35B 8520, the service managers are very rude to customer, they have taken 5days to service, and on repeated asking they delivered on 2nd sept evening, without checking and trial also when we reached out skurts of vzm on high way it stoped with zerks then it 7pm our family on roads because of your negligence, you have appointed so many mangers no one is responsible, all are watching mobiles sorey for this we are your customers from last 22 years now we are planning a car in Other show room please rectify my car as soon as possible

Receiving wrong calls from service center
Hi Team,
We have never purchased a car from Varun motors or Maruthi suzuki. We have been receiving calls looking for customer named Rajendraprasad Nallamasu from Service center in Hyderabad and from Reliance Insurance for car agents. We are not right customer you are trying to reach. We informed the caller many times the same. Still they call us frequently and ask for car servicing and insurance details. No action taken from caller to contact the actual person or verify the address of person whom they want to contact inspite of informing them multiple times that they are calling wrong person.
Need your help to stop this unnecessary calls that we are receiving and reach out correct consumer for details.
Please verify the contact and adress details before calling multiple times.

Battery issue and not resolved from 1week

Worst service center and from now onwards I won't send my car to varun motors regarding service

Worst Customer Service

Never keeps promise and always makes customers roam round and round. Silly excuses which are worst than 1st standard student. Representative Bhaskar of Varun Motors, Autonagar, Hyderabad is an unbelievable liar and gives worst reasons for skipping the work. Gave my car on 5th July 2021 and Bhaskar estimated and promised delivery date of 07th July 2021 but I haven’t received my vehicle till today, 10th July 2021. Bhaskar never realised our need for car and importance. Infact, he just giving explanations which are worst than reasons given by a Class 1 school student. It’s really a shame that Varun Motors is dropping out its standards with these silly activities by their employees. This is my second worst experience with Varun motors Autonagar since February 2021

Sent to varun motors Karimnagar with complaint that Vehicle vibrating while applying breaks at 80kms speed and break is not perfect.
With the same complaint I had approached to service center 4 times but not rectified.

I have booked a maruti SWIFT AMT car at Palakonda varun motors showroom on my name p.chandrahasini dated 15-May-2021 and they told that car will get delivered on 31-May-2021 and again they changed the date to June 20th, Now they are saying July 15th.
Is this the way you handled the customers and play with their time.if they could have told us they can't deliver we would not have booked a car here.
This is totally ridiculous and it's not acceptable.

Hi,
I brought brezza at varun motors and as per their qutation i have paid cash and bank loan with all completed.
While delevering vechicle they asked me to pay 17500 extra...because of their mistake i should pay that amount..
That too i did not take delivery at that time and came to home without vechicle.
At that day evening they called me and no need pay money we will given home delivery and said no need to pay single rupee.
Now registration time they are asking for your vechicle 17500k pending so you should pay otherwise we wont give documents for registration.
I am not at all happy with this varun motors hydernagar..

We have given our bike for servicing at your Ayyappa society branch on 30-03-21, so far the vehicle is not serviced not they are updating us the status, when we go and ask then only they updating us and giving date and failing to deliver vehicle. As also not updating us why the vehicle service is getting delayed and when they are going to give. I request you to look into this and get our vehicle serviced ASAP.

Invoice and RC original not delivered. Poor Services

Dear Sir, I purchased a preowned car TS07HB3341 from B.N. Reddy Nagar branch. I paid GST 5100 and 5000 for RC transfer. Till now I did not receive complete tax invoice and original RC from them. I have made repeated requests and complained to Varun motors Begumpet, but of no use. No proper customer support. Please help in getting original RC and invoice for the used car.

Missed body cover in showroom while furnishing seat covers
I had purchased Maruti Swift vxi model.while furnishing seat covers body cover missed.After that we went out of station on some urgent work.Meanwhile we contacted the showroom person about missing body cover.He told that after that comes to showroom discuss with the manager.Now they told that we cannot do anything.If missed the acceries in ur premises who is responsible.It was not the matter of money.If we loose confidence how should we give for servicing.

I have booked a maruti brezza vxi red color variant on Dec 6th at Habsiguda branch. The commitment was between 1 week to max 10 days to deliver the vehicle.

Now finally today when i approached to their showroom today i, e. On 26th December they are saying now there is no chance of getting vehicle, your vehicle will be delivered next year jan 3rd week or feb 1st 2021 model with increased price.
I said why should I pay extra increased price when I booked on Dec 6th i.e for 2020 model. These guys are not having proper commitment.
I said when you dont have commitment why did you taken the booking, I should have gone to other dealers.
If my concern is not addressed I feed varun motors are cheating the public with fake commitments, how do customers trust Varun motors anymore.
I hope I will get some reply from Varun motors head office
I have booked a maruti brezza vxi red color variant on Dec 6th at Habsiguda branch. The commitment was between 1 week to max 10 days to deliver the vehicle.

Issue in WHEEL nut/BOLT which did not informed

Hi,
I gave my maruti ritz for serving in Varumotors lingampally on 14th sep, 2020 at 3PM.
Delivered vehicle on 15th sep, 2020 at 8.30pm. I planned to travel on 16th sep early morning which i already mentioned to "Vinith chary" who is the service representative. Before Giving the vehicle itself i told that i am going for long drive.
Suddenly i got call at 9AM on 16th sep and vinith told there is ISSUE IN WHEEL BOLT WHICH IS NOT PROPER MAY DAMAGE THE TYRE and need to repair it immediately. so he mentioned to pick the vehicle to bring back to showroom and resolve the issue.
1. why service person is irresponsible?
2. what if some unexpected incident happend during my journey because of the mentioned issue?
This kind behavior is not acceptable and very disappointed

With lots of expectations, i just drive my car in this covid-19 on 14th Nov and observed lot of noises and given complaint immediately on phone. Very poor response.
I would like to fix my problem and want my car noise less as like before service. Please kindly help me to resolve this issue.

His is regarding service failure for the vehicle: light blue colour maruti ertiga with registration no. Ts13ee3917 and was first given for servicing on[protected], and was picked up on[protected] as we were out of station. Something happened with the parts of my vehicle during the time it was with the varun motors service center, tolichowki. On the next day[protected] we travelled for about 350 km and vehicle started getting electrical problems which we never encountered previously and it got completely dead leaving us completely stranded in bibinagar and had to suffer the whole night as the servicing centre was not responding at all. once a servicing is completed it is guaranteed that the vehicle should perform efficiently without fail. But varun motors service centre, tolichowki failed in its servicing very badly.
Now again the vehicle is given for servicing on[protected] we are being told that some part is responsible for the issue and that will take about 1 week to 10 days for the part to arrive from delhi on road. That means a maruti vehicle will be technically there for nearly a month for the servicing to get completed. This is a highly irresponsible handling of their duty on varun motors, tolichowki part.
We requested to investigate the cause of the vehicle malfunction and do the repairs immediately without fail. Find the attached job card from varun motors.

This is Dr Satya Kiran, husband of Dr Swetha Nasani - owner of Alto K10 bearing the registration number TS07 FY 2307; purchased & being under regular services at Varun Motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The car bearing above registration number, was given for service at Varun Motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad on 18th of October, 2019. The job card was raised on the number JC19006725 on 18/10/2019 at 16:49:16.
At the time for service, the problems were clearly stated to the service team & later noted it. Mr. Shiva Reddy was supposed to be assigned for the job. The car was returned with few hours on the same day stating that the service had been done.
To my surprise, the car was not even washed properly and the problems with fixation of the roof light & central locking system were not addressed. Then the varun motors service team took the car for a wash once again & they failed to do so in the very next attempt. Again its as reported to which they cleaned it after 2 days. The rating was asked to be given better, but I rated as 1 out of 10 as the service had been really bad & disgusting.
The fixation of roof light & central locking was not done even after few days & was promised to be done at the earliest within a period of 7-10 days.
The customer care team member by name Rajitha ([protected]) was informed about the improper service provided & it was said that the Mr Shiva Reddy was on leave without handing over the incomplete job to other team member. Ms Rajitha promised to look into the issue & resolve it, but failed to do so.
Later on 14/11/2019, a service team member by name Bhadri fixed the roof light, but got a wrong central locking system which doesn’t fit into the car. It seems that the order or supply of spare part was wrongly indented or bought. Its a shame that, the Maruthi service team doesn’t know which part fits into which car.
Till date the central locking system is not fixed, and the entire service team & customer care team seems to forget about the job assigned. When I made a call as am facing problem in unlocking the car, the service team makes lame excuses and says that they will be reporting me when they can get it done right. Ms Shymala & service manager advise me to use a manual system. If I have to use a manual system, why would I opt for a central locking system???
Its a big shame that India’s biggest market share holder, Maruthi services really have no aim to provide better service to its customers. Such irresponsible and worthless service team stands no where. It is better advised to shut the sales & services, i[censored] cannot provide service support to the customers.
Mr Shiva Reddy doesn’t no how to talk to customer; Ms Rajitha doesn’t know to count the number of days (since service date till date); the service manager himself says that the female staff (Ms Rajitha & Ms Shymala) is/are incapable of handing things & hangs up the phone unable to answer what’s being done from 18/10/2019 to 05/12/2019.
