This complain is for enrich salon branch shimpoli road borivali west mumbai Maharashtra I booked an appointment for hair cut and beard shave through their official enrich app I reached the salon at time and there was no one to attend me I almost had to wait for 20 mins for the person who was going to provide me the service later on that person named ANKIT MORE told me that shaving won't be possible because he does know how to shave seriously and no other person was free later on he literally messed up with my hair extremely unprofessional and the worst service I have experienced at enrich salon later on instead of shaving he trimmed my beard and at the time of billing the manager PRAFUL charged me the same amount which reflected on the app including all service charge and taxes later when I asked him he said the charges of shaving and beard trimming are same overall it was the worst experience

We take an opportunity to inform all dear website owners that do not work with Shoolin Technology as they are a fraud company. They do all types of promises just for the sake to money and do not fulfill the commitments. We have provided a project to this company for Seach Engine Optimization at the cost of Rs.7000/- per month on 5-May-13. Where as they promised to get my website on top 10 position of Google search engine with 5 keywords out of 10 in the committed time period of 2 months or if fail they will pay back 100% refund. But now they failed and donot even pay the money back.

When we ask for money back as the committed result is not delivered at the end of committed time, they make irrelevant excuses like as follow:
1. We have 5 working days in a week.
2. As a company policy we make only 50% refund.
3. The make various wrong statements for not refunding money.

Even though I have communicated with the CEO of Shoolin Technology, Mr. Radha Krishnan <[protected]@shoolintechnology.com> but he is not willing to pay back and making false commitments and lot of excuses. This company also claim that they do not work for Indian clients and we are the only one as their Indian client (as said by Priti Vasudevan <[protected]@shoolintechnology.com> over telephonic discussion). They are highly experienced to cheat clients.
