      Address: Vasai cable Pvt Ltd, next to golden park hospital, behind parvati theatre,vasai West, dist Palghar

      No internet connection from 6th February, 2021. Executive never receive calls unless called 8-10 times, after receiving call executive not responding properly and just say "engineer assign kiya hai aaj ho jaega" and try to disconnect call with same reply. they have confirmed today date about engineer's visit but till today 10th February no solution neither engineer turned up till now. Fake promises are given by executive and just fooling customer.

              There is no internet since morning. What is the issue?
              Also it has been observed that internet stops working if there is a power failure. There is no back up for internet service. This is hampering our work.

                From last 1month I had lodged a complaint as my internet goes down when power is gone, every time customer care people says we will have our engineers look into it but still the issue persists. I have to call every time to take the update & they are least bothered to check on the complaints & check if it's resolved or not.

                    Respected all,
                    1. My cable TV is not working, i am informing company person(Vasai Cable-West), he is telling that i informed in complaint department, still ifrom last two days no one is coming to solve issue.After calling in complaint department they say now its fresh complaint registration and two more days required to attend your issue. Its really unprofessional way of handling

                    2. They have started all channels as per goverment charges from 17th of every month, but money collection they are doing on 1st day of every month, means 17 days extra charges we paid .

                      Since last month there is no internet access at all and when i check the vcpl guy had already taken the setup installed for connection as we were not home.. Now re install the same i have been cs daily but no responce... Please help

                        Dear Team,

                        Since two days we are trying to contact Vasai cable office for registering complain for our set top box.
                        No one is picking up calls.
                        In this panademic situation if toll free numbers and registered numbers are not reverting the customer has to suffer.
                        Kindly look into the matter and revert with contact details which will be helpful.

                            New connection made on month of july but internet stop working after few hours and it's working after 2 days for sometime and again started. I have complained over the customer care about the same. Mr bharat assured me that it would be resolved soon but situation remain unresolved. Post i have tried several times to connect customer care but no response even try to mr rajesh but he also not responded. Please can someone check the issue highlighted and try to resolve as soon as possible due to which my office work is getting impacted. No use of connection. Already paid for year for this services and can't accept this kind of services.

                                    service in nalasopara west

                                    I am an vcpl user in nalasopara west. They have the pathetic service here. The technicians are useless, either their phone is switched off or they dont answer.
                                    The customer care number is also useless, keeps your call on waiting for 5 mins and thena disconnects automatically. But during the time of recharge saome lady calls from same customer care number. The internet is always fluctuating atleast 20 times in a day or else if its gone...

                                    As you know the current situation due to covid 19 … i am working from home and using internet from mobile … but now i want broadband internet connection from vasai cable.. I had call to your sales team but they were saying that i have to come your office with documents and then will get internet connection within 10-12 days … can i send documents by email and do online payment instead of come to your office for the same..? Please let me know as i need internet connection as soon as possible
