With respect to UHID 154790, I have visited Vasan eye care HRBR layout Bangalore in the month of Sep 2021.
I was diagnosed with a specific power and was suggested a progressive lens which would suit my needs.
After paying about INR 11000, I am still unable to get a proper eye care aid which will ease my eye vision issues.
Initially, I reached out to the branch explaining my difficulty and how it was causing pain in my neck. They took the glasses and insisted that a marking in glass can help resolve the problem.
It did not fetch any positive result.
When I approached the branch that my issue was not yet resolved, they did not make an effort to understand the issue and instead blamed that as a customer, I was the one who had accepted the power. This was the repeated response. Might be that the power was the same as my power during examinations, but it did not offer a comfortable vision capability which the representative and the manager together did not want to understand or entertain my requests. After visiting the branch several times, I finally managed to explain the issue and the doctor agreed to have a reading glass issued.
I received my reading glass and it did not have a complete finish and had rough edges which is not the kind of product we would expect to see from a company like Vasan eye care who keep advertising on customer needs.
I would like a reimbursement to that extent as I have paid for a progressive and have only a reading glass currently.
This is not just for the poor service and product that has been delivered, it is also required to consider the amount of mental agony and the pain I have taken to visit your branch multiple times.
Since the issue of spectacles, the spectacles had been in vasan eye care custody half of the time for varied reasons.
