Hi, i am nagaraju jain visited just now your Tumkur Vasan eye care hospital.

I called before one Hour and took appointment to visit r not. Got information to visit before 1:00pm.

Based on that information i visited your hospital by 12:30 pm and git denied of testing as registration is closed.

If such case why it is mentioned as 1:00pm make it official 12:30pm so that no one will be troubled.br...

My father's cataract surgery was done in Kozhikode on 25th of last month, I still haven't received the refund of ₹5700, and the behavior of the staff in the insurance department is also bad....

After completing my eyecheckup I placed an order of my specs at the Vasan Eye care hospital located at perambur. The date of placing my order was 21st of july 2022 and i received product around August 1st 2022. The cost of the frame was above Rs.2000 and the total including the glass came above Rs. 3000.
While purchasing it was told that the specs was of high quality. But to my surprise the frame and the glass did not last even 6...

This is to inform you that am facing issues with frame of the lenses that brought.

When I visited the Vasan I found careless staff who made me wait for longer and they ware arguing like they don’t have poster where they give warranty on frames. He was not having the not care about customer.

The persons asked me to wait but took to much of time came back.

We went for eye checkup and did all the tests and also C3R operations, They charged 32000 Rs for eye surgery. But they didn't give a single report(s) and no bills for any of the medicine or surgical cost...

I have went for an eye checkup and ordered a contact lens, also paid ₹1500 in advance for it. I'm trying to reach out to the hospital for more than a week. But they are not answering my call. You should take an immediate action or just repay my amount. I'll check for a better hospital than this....
