We've taken glasses on 12-Dec-2020 in waranagal Vasan Eye care hospital. The glasses (HMC Crizal ) three benefits and they have charged 2180 Rs and frame cost was1090 Rs.

In same bill in other Colum they have charged extra 310 Rs. we asked same to store keeper and they told us 310Rs for glasses as new price, but it was not updated in system.

We would request you to take appropriate action to Warangal (TS) branch.br...

i am chandrakala optometrist old employee relived on 2017 in vasan eye care madipakkam branch.central head name prathap raj.i dint get my pf till now..my uan is not till now not in active..no response in vasan eye care... i have been going to vasan eye care center daily 5 times i visited for pf they are not taking any action about my pf .i am in emergency suituation they are not responding.i need my pf soon..i trusted...

Complaint - worst lasik - laser surgery - played with my eyes and money

I Yusuf Anwar paid advance money of Rs 25000 for my cataract surgery on 05/04/2104 UID No. 21971 to Vasan Eye Care kanpur branch. I have opted for cashless for cataract surgery for my mother for Mono focal lens, but they charged for multifocal lens which is not part of package bcz of this I paid 21k even after having cashless insurance, when I enquired the team is saying that is your problem not vasan eye care problem...

Hi, i am nagaraju jain visited just now your Tumkur Vasan eye care hospital.

I called before one Hour and took appointment to visit r not. Got information to visit before 1:00pm.

Based on that information i visited your hospital by 12:30 pm and git denied of testing as registration is closed.

If such case why it is mentioned as 1:00pm make it official 12:30pm so that no one will be troubled.

Do not know i will get promt reply to my complaint. Hoping this will not repeat with anyone else.

My father's cataract surgery was done in Kozhikode on 25th of last month, I still haven't received the refund of ₹5700, and the behavior of the staff in the insurance department is also bad.

I have purchased progressive glasses on 30/10/2022. Since then I have been facing vision related issues with the glasses. I have been convinced by Vasan eye care three times stating that they would resolve the issue. I have visited the centre multiple times for resolvation of the issue. They took markings multiple times and provided spectacles 2 times. But there was no improvement in the vision and it was just the same. Therefore, I have requested them to refund the cost.

It's disheartening to say that I have been in touch with multiple peoples at different hierarchy for the refund but that is not closed for the past 3 months. Finally, i have also floated an email to thiruvallur.[protected]@vasaneye.in and on Jan 31 2023. But the issue is yet to resolved.

I request you to escalate the issue and get it resolved at the earliest.

After completing my eyecheckup I placed an order of my specs at the Vasan Eye care hospital located at perambur. The date of placing my order was 21st of july 2022 and i received product around August 1st 2022. The cost of the frame was above Rs.2000 and the total including the glass came above Rs. 3000.
While purchasing it was told that the specs was of high quality. But to my surprise the frame and the glass did not last even 6 months from the date of purchase. The cost of the specs being higher it is presumed and belived that it would last atleast 1 to 2 years.
