Hi, i visited at 10 am today for eye checkup of my daughter at vizag opp. To 7 hills but up to 12.35 pm, i was not called for doctor's consult. This was happened due the mismanagement of your supporting staff. There was no proper queing system. Lastly when i asked 2-3times to the reception, then i was called to visit the doctor.
It's a very bad experience in your hospital.
There should be smart system in the smart city vizag.
Otherwise people are very decisive in this modern era.
