Ur jp nagar branch does not have scanning facilities n hence asked me to go to ur jayanagar hosp. I wish undergoing treatment for retina, spending almost 30k - three times inj. Ur people asked me to go on my own expenses, as there is no staff. After enough argument, they have clubbed with other patient (As other patient is being delayed & my consulting dr usha said that she would be leaving by 1400 hrs. At that time it was 1330 hrs). On return, i came on own expenses. How do we derive customer satisfaction, if such response is given. I really felt very bad. Need explanation in writing from responsible officer, why should i spend money for conveyance, when there is no such facility at ur branch?
