I went for consultation on 28 October 2016. Soon after consultation they took the prescription and went to Spectacle section without even asking me, whether i should place order or anywhere else. They had very limited choice of frame and finally I selected one out of frustration and said i need it on or before 1 Nov (as i have to go out of station for a month) or else i do not need their service and order else where. They promised to deliver on Nov 1 and even said they normally deliver before committed date. I reconfirmed the status on 31 Octber and they said it will be ready next day. Exactly on Nov 1 7:00 pm and informed the delivery will get delayed.and mostly the next day. There is no use of their promise and in future never will be taking their service.
