    We purchased Whirlpool IntelliFresh Pro refrigerator, Serial No. INE[protected] on 10-Nov-2020 from Vasanth&Co, Vinayagapuram, Chennai-99, Tamilnadu State.

    The demo person from whirlpool had set up the default temperature to "5" during installation. Just in one week we started noticing that the cooling wasn't adequate in the refrigerator. With the help of Whirlpool refrigerator manual, we tried adjusting the temperatures to 4, 3 and finally 2, wherein the cooling seemed to be better.

    Meanwhile due to an emergency situation we had to travel out of state in January 2021 and returned home only after 2nd week of February 2021. To our dismay we noticed that there wasn't adequate cooling in the refrigerator. By this time the food placed inside the refrigerator started getting spoiled. I had called up the toll-free number on 21-Feb-2021 and raised a service request mentioning the problem, but they didn't give us any service request number.

    My father, a senior citizen of 70+ yrs of age had to approach the Vinayagapuram branch and raised a service request with Whirlpool through them on 22-Feb-2021. We were lucky enough to get a Service Request number this time.

    One whirlpool service person visited our house while my parents were at home and I was at work, and set the fridge on "quick chill" mode. When I reached home and noticed this, I called him only to find out that the service guy didn't even know which mode was freezer setting and which mode was refrigerator setting. He finally gave up and accepted that only the demo person knows how to set the temperature and that he will contact us the next day along with the demo person which never happened.

    My father, again approached your Vinayagapuram branch. Again they assured us of service and one of Whirlpool service personnel had called us and asked us to set the temperature again on "quick chill" mode. We lost our patience on hearing this, post which we were finally connected to a some person who knew his work quite well. By now crystal formation started in the freezer. The service personnel visited our house on 25-Feb-21 and had assured to submit his findings to Whirlpool. We had insisted that the fridge has to be replaced. When followed up for the status on 25-Feb-21 with Whirlpool person, we were informed that the TAT for the entire process take another 15 days. We received a similar reply from your Vinayagapuram branch as well, and they added that they will not be able to assist us beyond this and we will have to follow up with Whirlpool only.

    This kind of a faulty product delivered to us is completely not expected and acceptable from a renowned dealer as Vasanth & Co. We completely lost trust in Whirlpool because of their poor service response. When requested to return whirlpool and purchase another company refrigerator, your Vinayagapuram branch staff is claiming that it is not possible.

    We do not want to purchase any other model in Whirlpool refrigerator. Please assist us in returning whirlpool refrigerator and purchase another brand refrigerator.

    We have not received any response from Vasanth & Co until now. Is this how customers are handled after the sale is over?? Is there no responsibility on behalf of a distributor once sale is over?? That too sale of a faulty refrigerator??

    You people have no value for customers. A customer trusts your company and comes and buys a product, but when the product is defective and the customer is in need, no one from your company is helping the customer. You people have left the customer to suffer on their own for having brought a product from your company. Vasanth sir is no more and so soon you people have started spoiling the name and brand image which Vasanth sir has earned after so much hard work and sincerity.

      Last week 15th Feb 2021, I've booked some home appliances including iron wordrobe in Thiruvallur showroom, they are delivered in next 4 days, they told delivery in next day but received on after 4 days ( late delivery), all other applications received correctly but wordrobe only wrong one.
      After that I'm informing to the concerned person, but still now no response and any other information.
      Kindly solve the issue and replace the correct product.

        I ordered a Washing Machine (Haier 6.2 Kg ) directly by visiting the branch at Rajiv Gandhi IT Expy, Sholinganallur on 17th February. I paid the advance amount also. They informed after 4 days, it will be delivered. But it didn't happen and also the executive (Gowri) is not reachable by phone. She informed on Saturday like the product will be delivered on Monday and when I called, she kept mobile off. Please take appropriate action. This is considered as cheating to me

              I am Venkatesh working as a branch manager in Union Bank of India, I have bought a LED Tv on 13th Feb, where the Cuddalore branch Manager Mr.Lurdhan had said that for ICICI Bank credit card there is a special offer of Rs.3000 cash back is eligible after 3 Emi. Some what there is issue with POS machine it was not accepted. I had purchased my TV for this offer only. I have paid through SBI card after he said we would update once the ICICI issue...

                Product was purchased from vasanth and co, purasaivakam branch on 30.01.2021.
                Installation call has been given on 8th of February. second reminder was also given on 10th Feb, next reminder was also given today (12.02.2021).still no response from the Shop. they are not taking any initiative.

                    Vasanth and co is a very good company. I usually buy products from here but this time i vam very dissapointed because
                    I had buyed 10 items together from roypuram vasanth and co branch last week, but out of 10 i have only received 4 items.. And i after buying so many products in cash .. They didnt give me a free delivery for customer satisfaction .. Apart from that they told ac installation will be free but in that also they took 700 rs per ac . Im really Very disappointed with vasanth and co service .

                        I have purchased a washing machine in Vasanth & Co (Old No.12, New, No.40, Rajaji Rd, Tambaram West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600045 & Contact Number #[protected] and made a payment for Rs.13, 000.00 on Last Saturday (02/06/2021). However, they didn't provide me the receipt copy and said they have not received any payment confirmation email. I was waiting until the shop closing time. But, i didn't get the receipt. There after i am following up with them for the for the pas t two days to the showroom and customer care. But they are not responding to me. Kindly help me to get my amount, even if i am not getting the product. Please help me on this.

                          Hi Team, We are raising this complaint regarding the recent purchase and it related gift.
                          We have purchased the washing machine in Tiruppur branch. The team has asked us to fill the coupon kind of lucky draw. We have done and peacefully all process went well. There is no installation process done by their end. So we have processed from our end we don't have to bother anything.

                          After a few days, we have received a call from Vasanth and Co tup branch. They informed us that we got a price of Iron box. You can come to collect the gift after 10th Jan.

                          When we went to the branch they have just ignored us and haven't handed over any gift item.

                          If we do a phone call, they just cut the call once we started to enquiry about the gift

                          And its really very worst experience. if I can purchase the washing machine I can do get the iron box on my own.

                          Please don't do play us with fake words like a lucky draw... :(

                          in the end, Pls try to teach your team how to behave with the customer

                            They gave me commitment 2 days they will deliver still 4 days up..They are not giving proper delivery and also not picking Up the call.

                              Hi there. I bought a grinder and mixie blender from Vasant & Co a couple years ago, but surprisingly, it didn't even last its run. I've bought from the brand at least 3 times over the last 10 years and I've had several issues with the product. The product overheats and doesn't grind or work shortly after. The mixie also had the same problem - the blades stopped working after a while and it also overheats quickly. I am abroad - not in India - and I bought the items trusting the brand name. But unfortunately, none of the products last as long as they should. It's really disappointing since I can't easily return or repair the product here- i have to travel back to India for that. I would like some form of compensation for the issues - this is really not okay. I also messaged you through your website couple weeks ago but I have yet to receive a response. But we wish to cancel that order and purchase a television with 4K Ultra HD model.. The purchase is done at Adyar Shop. They are not willing to cancel the order and take a fresh order.                                   I have bought EUREKA FORBES AC on Sunday (17/1/2021) from VASANTH AND CO are shollinganallur branch. They delivered the AC on 22/1/2021. They assured that they will install it on Sunday 24/1/2021. Sunday from morning I was contacting them whenever I called they said they will come in one hour and that one hour extended till 8pm and finally they came around 8pm and said that some wire is missing at that time.I went and bought that wire as its Sunday most of the shops were close and still I got that but finally they said that indoor and outdoor unit doesn't match and need to get that and they assured that they will install next day 25/1/2021. I availed my leave the next day also and waited for that but the work didn't get over. It went for next day 26/1/2021 and again i put leave and sitting still work is pending and the response is also not great. I had a bad experience over here and I regret buying in VASANTH AND CO. I will never ever buy anything here. Its better to go online shopping recently got a washing machine online everything was perfect. Was about to buy all household things but definitely will not buy here again. Very bitter experience. Hoping for speedy response.

                                    I have purchased a Refrigerator, Washing machine and a TV on 26th December 2020 in your T.
