I bought a ifb washing machine from attur branch on March 20th 2020 There is no demo till now. But I have started using the machine watching the video. Demo was dropped due to area issue. I live in the Namakkal District border. I have called attur branch many times. Still the issue is not sorted out. Please sort out the issue....

Hi i did oline order for my parents both are above 70yrs in my home town kovilpatti. But store keepers are denied to install and deliver the v guard geyser

While delivering washing machine outerbox seal is broken and the box is damaged too.
They delivered me an demo model.
I trusted vasanth & co very much.
I have so disappointed with this.
I want redeliver the fresh piece

I have bought philips led 39pfl6570 (Smart) tv from vasanth & co for
R. S: 35500 on 11/10/2017, and it worked for only 11 months. It is not working still now. I have visited vasanth &co company in nagercoil for several times, but they are worst in customer service and not giving a proper solution for this problem till now. They didn't arrange any tv mechanic for servicing our tv.

I have ordered a samsung refrigerator and a panasonic led tv on 7/7/2020 and paid the full amount on the same day.

Its been a week but both are not yet delivered and not getting positive response from the dealer. I am so much disappointed for the delay. Need you to take necessary action on it to get it delivered soon.

On 7th july 2020. I had purchased a haeir fridge from vasanth n co t nagar branch

They had promised me maximum delivery in 1-2 days. Now the 4th day is on and still have not received the delivery.

Im calling the staff he is not responding to my calls. I catch him on line through different number and he says that the delivery will be done by evening. I have been waiting every evening leaving all my important works just to take delivery of the product.
I again ask for the updates to the staffs he does not respond. Again i catch him on other line where he says he does not have details of delivery person (Load carrier vehicle details and contact)

Later my another person called him up to know the status. After 5 minutes the staff calls me by threatening why am i giving his numbers to others?
I don't understand why is he threatening me for this?

So what are they trying to do? I know i wont get any justice here since money and bribery works the most in india so vasanth n co would have payed bribery to courts & justice.

Its just the last hopes im having with you so im complaining here to see how is my problem being solved and am i getting any compensation for the time waste & the threatening done by the customer. I am aware that vasanth and co is rowdy based when compared to croma & reliance digital.

I hope the action will be taken on the staff. And also on the company if the staff was directed by the company to do like this or follow this with customers.

I have bought one new refrigerator from vasanth & co tambaram branch before lockdown... The product is worst if we try to open the fridge the whole fridge is shacking.. I thought this s not the new product they manually fix the various part of the fridge and deliver this worst product to us.. We try to call complaint section they are not responding... I really disappointed about there product.. I wont recomment any one to buy product from vasant & co... Please dont buy any product from vasanth & co

Sir, my daddy mr. N. Kalairaj purchased a fridge purchased a fridge from vasanth and co fort station trichy branch on 12.3.20 through an auto driver manigandan. But the fridge got repaired within 10 days. Mainly my dad purchased the fridge to keep medicines. Unfortunately my dad expired on 10.4.20. Myself explained the fridge company two times after lock down but no response. Finally we took the fridge and kept at vasanth and co and came. Till now no response.

This is a highly serious note which must be taken up on high priority without any partiality, on this tuesday, the 16th day of june, 2020, at vasanth and co., outlet, i was motivated to purchase a television [tv] – brand name – panasonic 32 inch on a stipulation that the installation [including fixing the tv on the wall] will be completed by 17th day of june, 2020 without any undue delay, i highlighted the present covid 19 scenario to the service executives, but i was guaranteed that the job will be done by 17th day of june, 2020, however, your executives neither respond to customers calls nor care to respond back. Why such misrepresentations are being practised and i don’t’ this is just. I noted that your executives only after the push from me, had initiated to book a slot with the technical person to install the tv, which is totally unprofessional, now, the outcome is that the tv is going to kept idle for next few months as chennai is going to be closed for covid19. A brand with high goodwill but service seems to be highly useless and incompetent.in simple words, i will go on to endorse that your brand imbibes. I hereby call upon you to get this closed without causing any further hardships.

Today i buy a chimney from Marthandam branch ( KAFF - OPEC TX DHC 60 ) by Rs.16500/-. the branch manger told the price will be vary maximum 200 or 500 Rs from KAFF website. now i try to check the same product from KAFF website, the price will be maximum 11450 Rs including all taxes. total Price 5000 Rs cheated from my side by the branch.
kindly solve this issue.

From the beginning its not working properly. I informed your branch manager (Near bus stand)
They told that they informed the concern person.. But still not the problem was not rectified.. No one come to attend the problem

Purchased lg washing machine for installation dealers are not responding. Though we received very late now dealers are not responding even complaint centre

I am purchased, fridge, washing machine and ac (Samsung brand) in vasanth & co in sholliganallur branch, fridge worked only 2 days. After it not working. I called so many time vasanth & co enquiry number:[protected] he didn't attend call and not properly answering. Worst service.
And ac we purchased one week before but now itself not installed i called service number not answering.

Hi i have purchase 1. Whirlpool fridge - single door & 2. Lg washing machine on 2.2.20 at rs.36000/- while doing sales their team commit wrong deals, that fridge will auto defroze in this model the water will get evaporate automatically. But with in a week.. Over flow of water and getting smelled. While check with vasanth & co no proper response, after wirlpool company said that this is not complaint.in this case vasanth & co only responsible.

2. I have purchased ultr perfect + wet grinder at vasanth & co at rs.8200/-
While purchasing they said no1 promising brand, no motor heat, very easy to use. But yesterday only i used the grinder it reflects huge heat with some frozen smell. Same no response from vasanth & co.

I have ordered godrej fridge worth of 13400 along with v guard stabilizer worth of 1400 on 3rd june 2020 bill number :[protected] printed with a incorrect address once i noted that they manually writing correct address and making a seal on that. This i booked for my sister as a gift. They not even delivered on promised date and its been a week now, not even responding, not attending the call making switch off the numb was [protected] rajkumar on dispatch. Is this the way you treating ur customers. I[censored] not taken a proper action, i'll do futher steps.

Iam hussain. I bought samsung fridge model samsung dc fri 20t172yub/hl, invoice no. [protected] along with stabilizer and stand on 31.05.2020 at adyar branch. At the time of purchase they said delivered with in 2 days, but till no delivering the product. Every day i contact the person but no response answer. It shows people in adyar branch is very lethargic. I bought many of the items from adyar branch. This time, i had very bad experience. So pl. Instruct them to deliver the product tomorrow itself.

I bought a new washing machine day before yesterday. Still no techinician came for installation. When i contacted the old washermanpet branch they are asking me to contact the whirlpool directly. Dealers should arrange these things not the customers
