I brought a pureit on 16/12/2018 but after billing they said the stock is not available and new stock will be delivered by tomorrow, but they delivered on 18/12/2018. The sales person should inform me before billing that stock is not available, to get more billing and incentive without checking the stock they go for billing. They delivered a old pureit which is already damaged, funnel is missing and does not have warranty and user manual....

Hi im karthik, i have visited the outlet for a new refrigerator and this was our 2nd visit hence the manager behaved unprofessionally. He treated us in harsh manner. We were totally upset wit his attitude. And we thought never to visit again. We usually buy things here only, we have a freat opinion in you giys but because of employees liks this mad us feel bad.....

Hi - This is Umarani from Trichy-Mathur. Last June 29th 2018, I have purchased 1 Godrej WAshing Machine and 1 Sony Bravia LED(50 inch). Last month October I got a call saying that "I am eligible to get voucher and sent to the given address". BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VOUCHER YET.

Many times I have called and corrected the address itself..but no reply. Could you please check the status and do the needful.

I bought waching machine one and half months before i facing frequent issues in the haier waching machine 7kg. I asked managers regarding the issue he not responded properly simply replied conduct harier customer service care. The other demonstrators were no way responding our words and not ready to give any details related to my product. This shows the inability of manger. This is the season time. Sales will be more. I bought haier washing machine on 2 nov 18, trichy branch. Machine delivered on same day. But machine installation from haier company technician until today 10 nov 18 never come my home. We bought the machine just for praying purpose??? If haier can’t provide technicians then why you’re keep haier brand in your showrooms??? Vasanth & co will take responsibility behalf haier to salve the technician issue asap, if not we return the machine...

We purchased onida inverter ac 1 ton (Inv12onx) from pollachi branch on 23.04.18for diet thitumoorthinagar. Since its a government organisation, we have contact the branch so many times for ac repair. But there is no response from your side. So please take the necessary action.

Today, 5th Nov 2018, around 11.15 am I had visited Vasanth and co, North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai 17. I enquired the Samsung guy regarding 28 or 29 inch LED TV. He confirned, the non availability of such product with Samsung. Then I asked him about PANASONIC. He directed me to another guy informing him about my enquiry on PANASONIC. I have order Haier Refrigerator & water heater from Vasanth & co on 28th Oct 2018 in trade center exhibition. before ordering they have committed to delivery the products by 29 oct 2018 in evening. But till date there is no responses from them after several phone calls (I had call to customer care more than 500 times last 7 days).

We have purchased fridge in 2012 and warranty is for 5 years, and soon after warranty now fridge is not working properly and we have called service centre also, they are telling to spend 6k more..
