Sir i have bought a new semi automatic washing machine from vasanth and co dealer thanjavur.in the recent dinamalar newspaper it is mentioned that there is gifts offers for the purchase of semi automatic washing machine and they posted the ad with the same model we purchased but they failed to give us the gift item. So kindly give us the gift item for our purchase as mentioned and reply me as soon as possible about the steps you have taken. Thanks.

    The tv which we purchased from vasanth & co - philips brand has stopped working continuously. The 1st time, when issue occurred people from service team came and asked us money to replace the entire row of led light which had created the issue. But when we told them the tv is under warranty, they left without fixing it properly. We faced exactly the same issue by another week on october 7th 2018. On calling up service team, they didn't attend the call. We tried reaching vasanth & co and they replied that they have closed philips tv dealership.
    Such an irresponsible attitude. We spent 60000rs for this 50inch tv and we are just seeing the blank screen.
    Please don't buy any product from vasanth & co, lesson learnt!
    Its just 1 km from my home and they didnt even bother to check the issue with us for the past 4 months.

    Dear Sir, We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with Philips. We at Vasanth and Co never leaves our customers just like that. Since Its our responsibility to provide clarity to your concern above, we would like to inform you that Vasanth and never cancelled the dealership of Philips, but Philips company they themselves have shutdown their operations through out India. Simply stopping the purchase from Vasanth and co alone cannot help any Philips customers since this is common with all dealers across India. Still, as we told above, we never leave our customer just like as the way manufacturer did. Kindly share us with scan copy of all relevant documents like 1.Purchase bill copy, 2.Product warranty copy (Both the sides filled and sealed). 3.If any document provide by Philips during their service visit, 4. Complaint call no registered (if any), to our official mail ID "[protected]@vasanthandco.co". referring this message. We are here to assist our customers all times.
    I have purchased 7 items yesterday (20th January 2019. They said it will be delivered today (21st Jan 2019) it's been 10:10 p.m. now and my products are not yet delivered. My whole day is a waste waiting for this.
    I am not at all happy with your service. I have lots of money on my purchase. Is this how you treat a customer? Very worse.
    Please dont choose Vasanth and Co Sholinganallur branch. WORST customer service.Defective products and fake promises.
    Only fake advertisements they are worth of.

      My name prabhakar, mb: [protected], have purchased brand of butterfly gas stove at vasanth & co purasaiwalkam branch

      "butterfly gas stove gt signature 28 red cost 6k inr. Till now the delivery was not happened and when we ask for the delivery they says it is out of stock. When it is out of stock? You should know when it will be available." response received from your branch butterfly stock department itself doesn't know when it will be available. You have to wait till they confirm the stock with us" & says that is the reason.

      thanks for your update. Also inform your Branch team members to be pro-active. Till they deliver the consignments to us. Once billing done they are upsconding to meet other customer. Never bothered about the delivery of the consignment till it reach us.

      It is an value add measures. Don't make it has compliant.

        We bought new onida t. V in vasanthan co in t. Nagar branch near viveks... It took 2 days for them to deliver amazon fire stick... (Which was delivered after many calls)... After one week our t. V display got damaged... We called them... They said we will call you in 2mins... But no response... Very frustrated.. We will change the shop next time.. No proper service... Totally upset...

          I bought grainder, mixi, gas stove in vasanth and co (Cheaters) actualy i was in idea to buy ultra grainder but one # guy came and market with u sir hello good evening have some videm product # sir, so we replied oh yes! Is that worth it yeah its # worth it comparing to ultra grainder sir so we bought three products in vasnth & co (After one day we noticed grinder product is damaged with dust and some parts missing and after one week i went to vansanth & co and i asked for replacement (Their reply sir sorry we cant replace we can repair it and their itsself telling sorry sir we forget to inform you that one part is damaged) what the hell man mairuuuuuuuu mari reply panra product sale panale thaeriyalaiyadd venna *i need my money back orals i need new piece grainder in videam product

            Dear sir
            I have bought a side by side fridge on 5.11.2018 by paying sum of rupees 64, 500 through HDFC credit card. I booked this fridge from velecherry branch. chennai. Before my payment they promised to deliver within two days but after my payment they told that it will be delivered within one week.The purpose of buying this fridge is to store medicine (My mother is a heart patient). So i requested your showroom incharge to deliver as early as possible.

            After one week there was no response from your end. so i called them and enquire about the reason for delay. Once again your showroom incharge asked for another 25 days time for delivery (within 3rd week of december 2018).

            But still today the fridge was not delivered.
            I have completed my second month EMI.
            i have called several time to the velecherry branch but there was no response.
            Whenever i call, they will tell within 5 minutes it will be sorted out.
            Till today i am unable to get my fridge to which i have made 100% payment

            I request you to sort out my issue as early as possible

              I order a different refrigerator but received another one. So worst.

                We have booked a samsung micro oven at 01.01.2019 from solinganallur branch and till now it not delivered and while booking it was promised to delivered on 2nd jan, on 2nd we spoke to your representative on the afternoon and she informed the same will be delivered 2nd evening.
                3rd morning onwards tried to connect the representative and could catch on evening and he informed out of stack and it will be delivered on 4th before noon. But it is yet to be delivered.
                We request you to kindly let us know the status of the order which we hopefully you will delivery today otherwise we will cancel our order.

                Blue star water dispensor heater problem, product purchased yesterday from porur branch, no response for phone call both show room and customer care. Worst customer support, trying to reach by phone for more than 12 hrs. I cant even hear a voice atleast.

                    I have purchased and got delivered one no of refrigeratore of bosch make (Model no: kdn30vv30i) from vasanth & co., west tambaram on[protected]
                    (Ref: sale invoice no: [protected] dt.[protected].

                    I was told that the personnel from bosch will come for demo on[protected], by the staff concerned from vasanth & co., of west tambaram.

                    But there was no response at all.

                    Upon enquiry, the staff of vasanth & co., told that the demo has been organized today. But there was no response at all from them.

                    I tried to contact mr. Masak jio through his cell no: [protected], but no response at all from him. He does not pick up the calls at all.

                    I tried to contact your customer care personnel thro' phone nos:[protected] / 42444440 / [protected] to register this complaint, but to my surprise, nobody picked the calls. It is quite disappointing.

                    Please let me know your immediate action in getting the demo done for the refrigerator, i had bought from vasanth & co.,
                    Please treat this as very urgent.

                    Dear Sir, We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Checked and found installation call was already registered for you with concern Brand. Let us check the same with brand and let you know shortly.
                    The refrigerator supplied is having all the trays/ clamps broken. One collapsible tray completely broken. The top door not getting closed at all. Dent at back side of the refrigerator.Over all poor piece delivered. Above all, a person from the dealer, it seems, had told me that all the damaged one's will be replaced. I had shown my displeasure to him that why I have to accept for the replacement, for the new fridge, for which I had made full payment. Another gentleman, talked to me over phone and assured of total replacement on FOC basis. I had accepted the same.
                    I would like to say that it is totally poor performance on the part of all those who are responsible for such a supply of the fridge.

                      I had purchased lg 1.5 ton ac from salem 5 roads branch 28/12/18. I was confirmed price ₹ 40, 000 including stabiliser from sales executive james and cash counter person (Name doesn't know). These peoples finalized this price to me and told machine not here it is available at some branch will get machine give a call. But one week i didn't have any call from salem branch i was called 3 to 5 times regularly. Finally got machine at billing time they are told machine cost is ₹ 41000 and stabilizer cost extra 1500 totally 42500 but confirmed price ₹ 40000. They r totally changes their words and both 2 people lying their words for ₹ 2, 500. I was very, very upset their these type of activity. I had told to these people money not important our words and loyalty is important for business. This is equal to cheating the customer, after these incident i will not purchase any items at vasanth & co and this incident will spread my friends and relative side and also i will post my review at social medias about my bad experience with ur branch. These type of illloyalty of changing words put down spoil ur good will. And also machine purchased time they told installation free. But at installation time lg peoples asked installation fee ₹ 1600 applicable. So another problem araise and i had convinced that person told these story and get installation free. I had get bad experience with my purchase with u. Pls give reply other wise i will put it to on social medias.

                        I have purchased panasonic washing machine and whirlpoorl refridgerator on 16.12.18 from vasanth & co store located at opanakara street coimbatore and it was delivered to my address by vasanth &co. After 5 days a techincian from whirlpoorl has come for installation of refridgerator. And its done. Since its more than 5 days no technician came from panasonic for washing machine instalation i have asked to whirlpoorl techinician for instalation. And while trying to install the machine we have found damage in the product. And i complained to customer care immediately. But they are not taking any serious step in replacing the product. Kindly help us in this regard

                        Hi this is prabhu from chennai we bought samsung tv on 14/11/2018 in kumbakonam branch. the tv perfectly all right but they did not give a gift samsung home theatre and thangam rice box till now every time i have called the showroom but they did not give a proper response so pls resolve the porblem

                          I brought a pureit on 16/12/2018 but after billing they said the stock is not available and new stock will be delivered by tomorrow, but they delivered on 18/12/2018. The sales person should inform me before billing that stock is not available, to get more billing and incentive without checking the stock they go for billing. They delivered a old pureit which is already damaged, funnel is missing and does not have warranty and user manual. This shows that vasanth&co is keen in billing not giving importance to how the product is delivered. Worst experience i suggest other to not to buy overhere.

                            We have purchased sony bravia model: kd-43x7500e in5, serial no: 8003338 on 19th february 2018.

                            We aware that vasanth & co has such a good repetition dealer in the indian market. But the tv it’ not even 7-8 months period and your telling that motherboard have problem. Why we bought sony tv, in vasanth & co as you know that in the market so many bands and dealer (Veveks, sathya & girias) available with cost effective bcoz we think that sony has good quality, if the tv got failure like this no one trust “sony “anymore. And we are really very disappointed …

                            We cloud not accept the mother board replacement we need replace the new tv.

                            Hope you will understand our problem and do the needful.

                            We have purchased Last feb 19th around 2 to 2.5lakhs worth home appliance in vasanth & co purasawalkam branch, in the purchase Only the sony BRAVIA Model: KD-43X7500E IN5, serial no: 8003338 within 7 months have problem and we called the Authorized Service Centre – M/s. Smart Care, Chennai. Based on the physical inspection of the product, it was found the Printer Circuit Board – Main mother board has the major problem so we request you to replace new tv.

                            I hope vasanth & co never loose valuable like us we have a very good rapport with vanth & co don’t break for the single issue. I hope you will need full.

                              Hi im karthik, i have visited the outlet for a new refrigerator and this was our 2nd visit hence the manager behaved unprofessionally. He treated us in harsh manner.                                   Hi - This is Umarani from Trichy-Mathur. Last June 29th 2018, I have purchased 1 Godrej WAshing Machine and 1 Sony Bravia LED(50 inch). Last month October I got a call saying that "I am eligible to get voucher and sent to the given address". BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VOUCHER YET.

                                  Many times I have called and corrected the address itself..but no reply. Could you please check the status and do the needful.

                                    I bought waching machine one and half months before i facing frequent issues in the haier waching machine 7kg. I asked managers regarding the issue he not responded properly simply replied conduct harier customer service care. The other demonstrators were no way responding our words and not ready to give any details related to my product. This shows the inability of manger. This is the season time. Sales will be more. These kind of people making the customers unhappy and spoil the company name. People working with a company should have responsibility to take care of his company customers. These kind of worst behavior leads to affect your company sales margins. Kindly give training to provide good customer service. Dont put uneducated and cheap fellows as demonstrators. With out customers your company no longer survive.

                                      On the 27th October in Chennai Trade Center, we purchased a IFB Microwave Model number : IFB23BC4 from Vasanth & Co. We were promised a delivery in the next 2 days. it is close to 20 days since we payed advance & the product is not delivered yet. We made several online complaints & every time we are made to run from pillar to post. Can you pl delivery the product atleast now. I can provide the invoice number if needed.

                                      I cannot imagine such a worst customer service from such a leading brand. There is absolutely no accountability on anyone to solve this issue.
