[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — Defect product A/C | |
Hello Team, We bought PANASONIC Inverter A/C CS/CU-ZU1BXKYF (5 Star Rated) on 08th April 2021 from Vasanth & Co. OLD WASHERMENPET Branch. Within one month A/C Stopped working and we can't complain to Outlet in direct since it is lockdown, After struggling Contacting with the PANASONIC service center finally we got the contact of Vasanth & CO Technician contact. Since the Lockdown is lift down technician came yesterday(09/06/2021) and found the BOARD faulure problem. Also, Yesterday we received the POWER bill which shows AC consumes more than 500 Units. (We have an old Panasonic A/C which is not 5-star rating consumes less power) We understood that we received defect product from VASANTH & CO. Technicians and branch managers are not support us to replace the A/C instead they will replace the board it seems which is not acceptable by us. We trust VASANTH & CO and bought 44000 worth A/C but finally, we received defect product. Kindly check with your branch managers are replace the A/C as soon as possible. After many struggles with Vasanth & Co Customer Care, the Senior Technician came to found the actual problem.
The incoming Neutral Loop fuse is blown off and needs to replace. It's not replaced yet. But they made a temporary solution. Now the A/C is running fine and its consumes 18 units per hour which higher consumption for Rs. 44000 worth Five-star Rated brand new A/C (purchased two months ago). If I raised this issue to customer care, they are advised us to buy a stabilizer.
But the problem is with A/C, By using the stabilizer will not make reduce the consumption of A/C.
This issue marked as resolved in this board and their Customer care. This is unacceptable.
Now I am the innocent consumer who didn't get a replacement of A/C or free stabilizer.
At last, I have to raise a complaint to National Consumer Helpline. Vasanth & Co customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
