Purchased LG Tone along with LG Split AC. On delivery day due network issue i was not reachable. Next day when i called up they said LG Tone is out of stock. So, only delivering AC. I was questing why did you bill me when there was not product in stock and agree to get A/C first and LG tone on the next day. After two days, called them and got confirmation the product is available at store, when i went to collect it they gave an unpacked LG Tone saying it's new one. I got irritated and shouted and they agree to give new one. Such a same on them. No commitments, Not loyal, Not the first quality service, Not the first quality product. No tracking mechanism,
No stock management. I wondering how they will be survive tomorrow...

Actually i purchased this refrigerator in December month 2020...i registered many complaints...technicians are coming and saying fridge is good...but fridge is automatically chaging to freezing mode and all vegetables anf fruits getting spoiled...one of the worst fridge...please i want an replacement...none of the vasath co number is not reachable

Bought Bosch TL W/M WOE754S1IN 7.5Kg from Vasanth And Co North Usman Road branch, Paid advance and booked the machines on 08th July, was advised by representative that it will be delivered on 15th, so went to shop and completed the billing on 14th July, and received by Friday 16th July, delayed by a day. Then installation was booked on same date. Yet the technician came on 20th July - Which is 13 days from the date of booking. And on top of all this the machine pooped an error on its first run withing 5 mins. ERROR E3, called up the technician who installed that and he said there might be a fault with door due to transfer. And he booked the complaint on same date. I'm yet to receive an technician to resolve the issue. Its been already 16 days since I booked and still nothing has progressed. Very disappointed with the product. Kindly do the needful. What should I do now??? When I bought the rep advised that this machine is far better than what I had last, but the condition doesn't seem like what was said during the purchase. And the service from bosch till date seems pathetic.

No proper billing we purchased an butterfly handy v2 mixie and they over priced th rate and the rate is around 2800 and th price they soled to us is 4200...pls do take action

I ordered washing machine fridge before 1 week they told we will deliver in 4 days but still not received and its is more than a week and i heard that service is very good but sorry to tell that i am ashamed of your service now i am thinking to buy in some other shop. please kindly see through the delay...

I purchased refrigerator on 6th July 2021 but till now they didn't delevery the product no response from t.nagar branch and even contacted customer care no response worst service still they ask time for delivering the product.

I have purchased fridge dated on 6th July 2021 they told will delivery by 9th of July after I contacted customer care they told will delivery by 11th July then no response again then contacted customer care and t.nagar branch again told without fail will deliver by 13 th of July again no response now in t.nagar branch they telling will deliver by 18 of july.i ever never seen such a worst customer care no response from branch ever by customer care so I am file thr complaint

Poor customer service and no free delivery also for within 3 km radius. And again delivery peraon is demanding rupees at home.

I have purchased a Fridge at Saidapet branch on 16.06.2021. For which I was given a Complementary Gift, but I am sorry to say that cost of the item was charged and included in the bill, which we have never expected. This kind of customer relation and billing may be reconsidered. Hope my complaint may be resolved, and you may understand the feelings of customers.

I purchased Lloyds fridge on 08.02.20.from the installed time freezer shacking problem.i informed problem persons checked and said manufacturing problem.
Fridge to replaced. But till date problem not sloved. I called so many time sale person not response.kindly replace my fridge.
Note; fridge not use from purchased date to till.(four months )

We had booked a Washing Machine on 14th June 2021 via your sales Promoter Mr. rajsekar of Purasaiwalkam Branch. He had committed us for delivery on 15th June 2021 before 5 pm which was not fullfilled even after continous followups from our side and none from your branch or customercare side, Today after continous followup from morning they delivered the machine and took the old machine which was discussed at the time of booking when calling your customer care number your support person said they will come tommorrow for fixing and demo I am surprised why this kind of service is provided to us when we were very clear and never argued till yesterday. When speaking to rajsekar he was telling me that I am a promotor where customer care support person was saying call branch when i insisted for the emergency fixing as i have no support my mother is 75 and she has a lot of health issues if you guys cannot support a person who is request so much I feel as it was my fault of coming to your branch to buy this
I am really disappointed with the kind of response and service I have received from your staff's being such a reputed company Kindly do arrange for some one to come and fix it asap until then all of my and my family members clothes will be pending for washing as I have no other options

I purchased a Washing Machine from vasant & co Purasaiwalkam yesterday 14/6/21 and they had promised delivery today 15/06/21 before 5 pm on enquiring the status they just informed it will be delivered I was surprised how will they deliver after the closing time of 5 pm for business its very surprising that reputed companies commit wrong delivery times but if there are delays in payments they will immediately ask for the same.

We bought PANASONIC Inverter A/C CS/CU-ZU1BXKYF (5 Star Rated) on 08th April 2021 from Vasanth & Co. OLD WASHERMENPET Branch.

Within one month A/C Stopped working and we can't complain to Outlet in direct since it is lockdown, After struggling Contacting with the PANASONIC service center finally we got the contact of Vasanth & CO Technician contact.

Since the Lockdown is lift down...

I have purchased a LG water purifier (model : WW172EP) on April 11 2021 at Ambattur branch, Chennai. It's cost 23000. After installation, water quality is not good. So I registered a complaint in your branch. After so many struggles your branch replaced the product on May 5. But replaced product also same issue. Technician also accepted that, the product is not working good. So I again booked a complaint view Email and phone call for return the product on May 7. But no proper response from your team. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Hi iam lokesh I bought tv Adyar Vasanth & co, in lockdown he told me that day make installation, but still date single person contact me .. Please arrange he didn’t pic phone, he didn’t respond, ashame me, I thing y I bought tv, very worst behaviour, if I make phone I will come told me but not came and didn’t pic phone my time were wasted..please one day given time clear and call me Whois correct person, otherwise I return today evening kindly response, how many times I called I have proof I complained, , 1 lak rs. tv still I don’t use I return..(Adyar Vasanth and co)

Hi, We asked the sales guy for reputed company TV but he forced us to by this worthless Skyworth TV on 07/11/2021 and he also said it won't get any issue and the TV will be replaced if something happens but with in 5 months the picture is not working in the TV. I contacted Vasanth&Co and got an service person after 10 days. he said bulb inside TV is gone and have to replace on 8th May. Still now no body turned back to repair it. You people are ridiculous. not have any curtacy to reply or call the customers. I need that TV to be repaid or a replacement as promise by your company. Invoice [protected]

I purchase new grinder 23.5.2021 at ramnad branch . Grinder model vidiem iris adc . Invoice no [protected] dt 23.5.2021 . I am using 2 days only not satisfied working last 10 year purchase for electronic goods your shop only1 led Panasonic tv, LG bridge 1no, washing machine 1 no .3 material till date not single complaint . 1 hour using grinder not ready in dosai mavu. very poor work for grinder. I have bought ac recently in Vasanth & co Sholinganallur branch.Total amount of Volta’s ac is 37800.Initial payment collected is 14780 and finance balance is 23020.In store they informed that 3150 is emi per month (8 months).Now I received the message of first emi 3270.Take care of this issue.Otherwise I’ll raise complaint regarding the issue am facing.The agent whom in Vasanth & co he is not replying to my issue.kindly do this needful
