[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — hitachi split air conditioner | |||
I dr. Gajatheepan, brought hitachi inv a/c on 16/04/2019 from vasanth&co. During purchase they promised that service provider will be able to install my outdoor unit, at my second floor slab of my apartment. After buying the product, till now steps have not taken to install. Mr. Murali the manager is very rude and arrogant in talking, when i requested for the installation after the product is delivered at my home (No cordination and follow up with service provider) When requested to install, he simply says that to return the product after a week. I am reqular customer of vasanth &co, brought many products but this kind of arrogancy is not tolerable by manager at trichy, mr. Murali.
