I have purchased a onida led 43FB1 tv on 04.06.2018 at vasanth & co sathyamangalam they said that the service engineer arrange to install within 36 hrs. Since yesterday i was contacting the vasanth & co manager and i am not getting any proper response from him about installing and mounting the TV. He keep on repeating the that the service engineer will contact you either today evening or tomorrow morning..And this is 2nd day he is informing the same story..Nobody contacted me till now. Your company is the best company but in the service centre people are irresponsible. Please take necessary action to mount tv.

So if this is your way of treating the customer then i am damn sure it wont be in my list to purchase the products forever.

Updated by Jeeva Rajendran Today evening around 4 o clock the person finally called me and said that he will reach me in 1 - 2 hours. And asked for the route to reach to my address. after explaining everything still they are saying that they will reach in 30 minutes. ( It wont even take more than 30 minutes to reach my home from the place where i bought the TV) and i made more than 30 calls today since morning and literally pissed out...after 7 o clock the person called me again and said that i cant come now..can i come tomorrow??@vasanth & co is this the way you people treat your customer? the worst customer service ever..really disappointed by your service..
