Vasanth & Co — Products purchased and full amount paid on 24th October/Still not now not deliver

We decided to plan to buy the IFB Washing machine on 24th October Deepavali and went to Vasant&Co Tiruvallur branch and paid the full amount on 24th October 2022, Thirumurugan and Visuvasam both are they said it would be delivered to your home within two days, Full payment paid on 24th October2022, But still not deliver Washing machine, last week i am visited three times in thiruvallur branch and contacted Mr Visuvasam and Manager Mr Thirumurugan, but they said definitely tomorrow evening will be deliver your home, but there is no trust in that till now not deliver, I am very disappointed and ask you to kindly refund the total amount of Rs 34200,
