I ordered a whirlpool single door refrigerator on Dec 29 2022 and the product was delivered with dent, we requested replacement and replacement reached very late and it was more dented than the older one, they took the other fridge and left this unpacked in our house saying we will get replacement the next day. But when we call both Vasanth and Co and whirlpool for proper replacement they are saying it will take 10 working days along with no proper response, are we supposed to be without fridge for as long as they wish? We paid full amount for the product in the showroom. This is completely unacceptable, worst experience in Vasanth and Co and whirlpool, this is consuming a lot of our time and involves our depression too. Require the replacement asap, please consider the necessities of your customers. Worst experience ever.

    I am writing to formally complain about the refrigerator that I purchased from your company. The model number is [21217], and the purchase date was [22/April/2022]. Since the day I purchased it, I have been experiencing issues with the refrigerator not working properly.

    I bring to your notice that I purchased 265 liter Whirlpool Fridge (6th Sense IntelliSensor) from your store (Melur Branch-Madurai District) only on 22nd April 2022. Let me tell you that this is not working properly. it is not working properly from the beginning till today I have already complained to the branch many times and the attendants have come 5 times and still, it is not working properly.

    I contacted your customer service department 5 times within a year and the technicians came to assess the issue. However, the problem has not yet been resolved.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your company and the quality of the product I received.

    Finally, I am hopeless about this item, please exchange the item

      Hi,
      This mail is regarding complaint against Samsung washing machine which we have purchased from vasanth and co chennai on 30th of july 2022, . Now problem is that after we buy the machine, we loaded dresses, in pants there is sand stain, we have lodged a complaint, technician visited and informed me to not pour liquid softner(comforts) in the concern part, we have follow as per technician instruction. But again the same problem raised, Again 2nd time i have complaint again technician came and told us to clean the drum and we did the same. but the same problem not solved in many pants and shirts the sand stain there... again 3rd time complaint, technician visited and informed us to put detergent powder into 1spoon (Looks like silly answer whether 1spoon of powder will clean the all stain in dress) okay, we did as per he instructed... but none of the same rectified.. again technician and we have a call from customer care that they informing us from their will change the machine part (soft part) which inside the washing machine...
      Whether my question i have purchased the machine within 5months but i faced the problem from the 1st month of machine i purchased.. why parts should change, then they have sold me damaged machine... for changing a part i would have buyed 2nd hand product itself... i have pay 21000 for this product... Did they think that customer are fool, we are like chain route for the same 4months from vasanth co customer to samsung customer care i have not find a proper solution... till now problem not solved more over all dress got damaged including school uniform...pls provide us a proper solution.. i need an replacement machine

        I have purchased samsung washing machine on july 30 2022 and thereafter i raised my complaint about strain on clothes on oct month and still not more than 10 complaints i have logged but they have diverted me to control with samsung end.. till now problem not solved ... worst customer service at both end...

          I have bought Havells Water Purifier Digiplus in Vasanth & Co Shop Sholinganllur Branch [Bill No: [protected]] on 16th Jan'23.

          While buying a product sales person said that the area which we resides would have 1000 TDS water so this purifier would be the right option for us.Then we have billed the product.

          During the installation we have asked the technician to check the TDS level then we get to know that our area water TDS is 250, due to which after RO process we are getting a water only with 32TDS.

          ##Due to low TDS level there is flat taste since all the minerals has been completely devoid. We were not even able to drink such a tasteless water. We have completely disappointed with this product##

          I have reached out the customer service person to fix this issue they have asked us to check with vasanth & co person. We are keep on following up with them till now the problem is not fixed.

          Here as a customer we didnt do any mistake, sales person gave wrong information about the TDS level due to which we have been suffering.

          I would need a refund or replacement on the product which would suitable for 250TDS water. We are in need of the purifier which will provide 100 TDS water after purification.

          Due to the inappropriate information provided by your sales person we have been suffering.
          Please do the needful to fix this issue

            I Have Purchased a samsung Washing Machine On 2020 ( don't remember the exact month) but I lost my invoice. The samsung customer support said they need invoice to Claim the warranty but the washing machine has 3 years warranty. I have warranty card with me but Dont have invoice.               Hello. I had bought a Samsung 7Kg washing machine from Tambaram (East) branch yesterday (8/1/23). I was informed that my product will be delivered by/before today (9/1/23) evening.

              We waited all day till 7pm at night, but still the order never got delivered and we didn't get any intimation from the delivery personnel neither from Vasanth and Co.

              My father who ordered and paid for the item (on person, in the shop), called the Tambaram branch to ask for the update. He was told that "the product will be delivered". That's it. My father asked for further details, about delivery person's contact number, but the Vasanth and Co. manager blatantly ignored my father's question and didn't reply, nor did he cut the call. My father asked the question, tried to converse with him, but the manager fully ignored him without any sort of acknowledgment for our queries. We were dissatisfied, but we decided to wait for the item to reach us.

              Time: 9pm. No call or sms or any sort of notification from Vasanth and Co or the delivery people. Our family usally close and lock our house to sleep by 9pm. But without having any idea about where the item we paid for is currently, and whether we will get our item safely (it was a substantial amount we paid for the item, given the state of our family economy is in right now), we were afraid and stayed up to get any sort of message or call from the delivery person or Vasanth and Co.

              Time:9:34pm. After waiting for almost a day and a quarter from ordering our washing machine, we finally got the call from the delivery person. He said "he's calling to deliver" and asked for directions. I was hoping everything would end well, we will get our item and we could finally sleep in peace.

              But, we were wrong.

              The delivery person and the driver, two were there. I am not sure who it was, either the guy who carried and placed the washing machine to our house, or the driver who came after him to our house, but that person was rude to me, my mother and father.

              Firstly, he demanded Rs.250 as delivery charge and said "you must have been informed by the Vasanth and Co to pay us Rs.250 while during delivery", which, they did not tell us to pay any money. And I informed the same to the delivery guy/ driver. I also showed my receipt that I received after paying for the washing machine, and I showed them we have already paid Rs.100 as delivery charge. It is clearly mentioned in the bill invoice that we have paid for delivery. But these people kept asking for extra money, and wanted us to call the Vasanth and Co.

              I called Vasanth and Co but the manager I talked to earlier didn't pick up the call even after several tries. The delivery guy seemed to have connected with some personnel (I'm saying "some", because I am not sure whom he contacted), and gave me the phone to talk with that person. That person kept asking us to pay whatever the delivery guy is asking for, and that they have informed us about the delivery charge we have to pay. I was perplexed. I immediately mentioned about the payment we had done yesterday where we have already paid for "Delivery Charges: Rs.100" as stated in the bill invoice we received. And the answer we got was, "just ignore that bill and pay the amount". I was again perplexed by this statement.

              This went on for much longer as both me and my father talked to the person on phone for several minutes but he kept repeating the same and asked us to pay the amount. All while this, the driver or delivery guy, one of them started to get noisy. He started complaining about how "we are the ones who wanted to get our item delivered after his call for confirmation", which is a lie, as he never asked me"if I wanted to get my delivery right now". Though it doesn't matter as who would say no to get their order delivered? Being illogical like this, he also kept complaining about the roads and delivery, and even blamed us for all of this. What did we do? Is it our fault to order from Vasanth and Co? Actually, right now as I write this, I do feel like that. I regret all this. The delivery guy or driver, the person who was rude to me, started shouting at my mother, who was already sick today. The man kept shouting inside our house and kept repeating the same lines again and again. He looked threatening, and wouldn't leave even after we asked him to do so, as they have given the item we had ordered and paid for. He still didn't and kept repeating the same stuff again and again and was literally shouting at us because we asked him "why are you so late, we have been waiting without any sort of information?".

              He was so mad because we asked him about his tardiness!

              Is it not my right as a customer who had paid and had been guranteed by the seller that the item would be delivered before evening? Is it not my right to ask and complain?

              They demanded extra money on top of all this!

              We asked the person on phone (the person from Vasanth and Co we were asked to talk to, by the delivery guy), and after several minutes he finally came to a finality and said "just give him some money". He went from "you have to pay the delivery charges" to "give him some money"!

              This was so stressful for my family, hearing these men demand and lie to us just because they want us to pay money. We asked for a slip for the amount they are demanding, but they outright denied and said "no, we won't give any acknowledgement slip or bill".

              They demand us money, but won't give the proper bill for the money we pay? What is this? We said "no, we are not paying". And we didn't pay, but we did pay with our time, energy and most of all our dignity, as the person kept shouting out vulgar words as he walked back on the road. It was humiliating, and we were afraid, my mother was afraid when the person didn't leave our house even after we asked them to leave several times. While I did record some of the incidents mentioned above, with my phone, I was afraid most of the time and wasn't able to.

              I just wanted to file a complain about my horrible experience with Vasanth and Co. and their delivery service. We used to buy most appliances for our house from this company, for more than one generation. And I think we have learnt our lesson, and there is finally a time for change.                 Hi, I have ordered Pureit water purifier from Vasanth & co from tambaram branch, I got my product 1 jan, its been one week now, no demo/ installation is done so far, when contacted customer support, they are commanding us to wait! Also they are behaving in a rude behaviour! They are responding us in a high pitch voice and worst manner! This is totally unacceptable!, how can they treat a customer like this!

                  Good Morning sir.
                  I purchased a New fridge Samsung FF TR28T31429U/HL through Invoice number [protected] for Rs.27000/- on 10th of Dec 2022, Purchased at Karaikudi Vasanth co, sekkalai road branch. Tamilnadu. ( Branch Manager name is Mr.Prabhu his mobile number is[protected] And asked them to delivery at Chennai they agreed to deliver and delivered it.
                  Based on that it has been delivered with Door in DAMAGED Condition. Demo also completed and inside saw all the operations after that we have seen the damage in outside door and escalated to the near by Vasanth co at chennai and where we purchsed Karaikudi branch Manager Mr.Prabhu by sending damaged condition photos to him before 10 days . He also agreed for replacement either through Samsung or from Vasanth &CO with new door replacement.
                  After 10 days nothing is happening. We were bought and not able to use the Fridge for past 20 days. Which is very unfortunate. Because I bought this and gave it as GIFT. Still there is no proper answer for the replacement date from Karaikudi branch.
                  Such a very big and good reputed organization of Vasanth & CO it is happening is a surprise for me. Also pls note that my relatives and including me are the regular customer of Vasanth.
                  Pls help me to complete this replacement immediately. Thanks in advance. Contact number given in bills is[protected]

                    I booked a sofa on 4 dec 2022 the service man said that it will come within the 3 or 4 days but till now the sofa was not delivered what a irresponsible company incharges and also the due date was near but the sofa was not yet why should I pay the due for first month is this correct don't blame with customer for ur business i really said that it is the worst customer service i didn't ever seen like this ...and this issue is made in the coimbatore p.n.pudhur branch..

                      Hi,

                      I bought a Haier Tv from Vasanth & Co gudiyatham showroom yesterday(11/28/2022), The sound is not working so tried reaching out to gudiyatham showroom have asked for a replacement for the TV for the same brand but the showroom team tried compromising me. Also, the showroom manager has spoken very rudely to me. Please take some action on the manager.

                        we are purchase TV & washing machine vasanth & co the sales person after receiving the payment hee say's product will deliver after 1 or 2 day's.
                        after 3rd day product will delivered. but after delivered the product the sale team member not picking my call. why i am calling product instalation process we don't know that's way i will try to connect this person.

                        Why i am complining becase the sales person once deliverd the product after that not responding my call when the sale time he say's that we can do all support from our side.
                        But i am not geting proper support from Vasanth&co Team member.
                        I feel very bad for purchase of vasanth & co because they motivate is only sale not a customer satisfaction.

                          We are totally unhappy on the decision made to buy a refrigerator from Vasanth & Co.

                          We have received a fridge with a dent and it appears like they had hit somewhere very strongly while transportation.

                          Initially, we have accepted thinking it is a small dent but then later on examining it properly, we requested for a replacement. It's being 2 weeks we are without refrigerator. We are tired of follow ups and calls but no resolution yet. Seems like they wanted us to use the defect product as it is.

                              I bought inverter on 4th august for Porur Vasanth and co. I am facing lot of problems.
                              BillNo: [protected].

                              Last month Iam compliant to porur office ups problem. After 20 days they changed battery.

                              Two days before again inverter problem. I compliant to Everest. They said it’s chargeable. Now I’m trying to porur vasanth and co office. They didn’t pick my call.

                                  I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from your Pursawalkam Branch on Saturday 24th Sept The agent Mr Prathap promised that the product will be delivered on Tuesday 27th...the product was delivered on 30th Sept...he also mentioned the demo will happen on the same day of delivery. Mr Varadaraj was suppose to contact the technician and when asked, he and Prathap hung up the phone with no proper guidance. This is the worse customer service I have received. Prathap is a very rude in his so-called service. NEVER AGAIN BUYING A PRODUCT FROM VASANTH and CO.

                                    Vasanth & Co located at Usman road, T-Nagar, Chennai has failed to deliver product on Sep 2 (purchased date Aug 15th). I bet this is the case with all Vasanth & Co stores. They only provide reasons for the delay such as the product coming from x places, it's being couriered. If they don't have control over their logistics or stock availability, then they should give a false date expectation.

                                    People, who work there are very good people. However, they lack the tools to help them with stock availability and logistics. When I ask for some stock, they have to manually go check the corners and let me know. This is a lot of waste and inefficient.

                                    They need to work on logistics and stock availability. It's not 1990's, generation has changed. Even a Rs.100 product shipped by Amazon tells me when my product will be received and they deliver on their promises.

                                    If Vasanth & Co doesn't change, then they are not going to stay in the market.
