Dear team., I have bought the new brand led tv from vasanth & co on 04/08/2017. From the day one, i'm getting repeated problems on display. First i made a complaint on november regarding the display issue. The engineer has came and replaced the panel which i has not suggested for that. After replacing also again on next month i have received the same complaint and registered the complaint in customer care. Again your executive has came and replaced the panel.in this 5 months i have got several complaints then how i can use this for long? Is it your product will work for an month? Now my product is under warranty if it out of warranty what i should do? I have made several complaints related to this and i asked for the replacement but no one bother to hear my voice.
