Dear Sir,
I Deepak Kumar I Booked on Flat dated[protected]. Kayamnagar Arrah Phase-2 D3-3RD.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for dated on[protected] cancellations of the booking of my flat. He Said me Next Feb24 of first week on credit your account will be half payment.
But even after days he said me, vastu vihar Employee Mr Alok Kumar Today, I on leave, Holiday, Today and Tomorrow and I am going to bank your deposit amount I am only getting assurances and no effort has been made to return my money. Also, He is call not Receive and my call disconnected.
Request you to look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.

We have to face a lot of trouble because of your branch employee Your employee has insulted me by giving a date for payment and has given me a date about 20 times in the last 3 months, but these people never pick up the phone, Sometimes they say, I am on leave, today is a holiday and we are going to deposit your payment in the bank and sometimes they say that your payment will be sent by 6:30 pm today. When the payment does not come then on calling these people say that the payment has been made and will be received by 12 o'clock in the day, then after that when you call in the evening, you get to tell that, we have done everything to the accountant wait let's talk then when we talk to the accountant. By doing this it turns out that we have no knowledge, we just made payment advise.
Last time, after a lot of thinking, Manoranjan Jha had given me the date of 29th February but it failed.
Whoever gives me a date, I also give a date to anyone who shows my respect.
Sir, I have a humble request to share this information with the senior management and find a solution to this problem as soon as possible

Please update as per trail mail it is pending long time.
As discussed with Project manager in last month payment will be done 30th Oct but payment not credited till date, he has given false commitment me.
In call discussion they have confirmed for amount of 5.75 lacs. Rest 93k Amount is Pending.
Also, I call many times but he is not responding now.
Request you kindly release the final Amount on ASAP.

We have calling form last month to till date project manager Manoranjan Kumar Jha is not responding and my call is not receive,
I request to you management team kindly do the needful and Settlement on ASAP.

Dear Team, Only principal amount i have received...Still Final amount pending please confirm.When i was purchased 400 Sqft value is 4.91 lacs and now value is 8 lacs. for 325 Sqft.I have received only my investment amount.9 years my money was stuck in your company and only principal amount returned to me. As discussed branch Team.
Kindly Final amount released as soon as possible.

As per trail mail Still is not resolved yet.

I have complained for not providing right information by Every member of Vastu Vihar misguide me from last Ten month.

Issue is :-

Deepak Kumar I Booked on Flat dated[protected]. Kayamnagar Arrah Phase-2 D3-3RD.

As communication from Vastu Vihar Employee Still was not flat prepare on till date. 9 Year had been passed, After that Now I had been leave Job, and move to another city.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for dated on[protected] cancellations of the booking of my flat. He Said me, Vastu Vihar Branch Team communicated that your Final amount of 5.5 lacs to 6 lacs will be given but now they not ready and only they give credit my deposit amount.
