Dear Sir
This is to inform you that today when I complained about the leakage of my bathroom in my flat it was communicated that I will have to type an application . The application has been typed and handed over to Mr Sasi shanker Chaudhury, ED, Siliguri Vastu Vihar . But instead of accepting my complaint he threw off my complaint and threatened to dethrone me . Please see the complaint as attached.

Vastu Vihar has never gave any information nor they passed any information through any means to inform that my flat has been handed over i.e they have handed over the flat but the owner i.e me do not know the same and suddenly they are asking for maintenance charge since 2017.

Mr Sasi Shanker Choudhury abused me in front of every body and I am very much scared that he would blackmail me . Please Help

I paid full amount in the 1 st week of april 2018, but vastu vihar is not handing over my house since 2 year. Pls give compensation for 2 yr.

I also paid extra amount 2 months back through sbi bank to vastu vihar but vastu vihar is not returning my excess money to me with interest.

Above both issues are pending. I am continuously calling customer care of vastu vihar patna, they are also not giving any clear statment for returning excess money with interest and compensation for more than 2 yr delay in handing over of my house.

In April 2018 first week ( till[protected] almost full payment done ( 95 % Payment - Through SBI Home Loan + Self ) .

In March 2020 all balance payment (Through SBI Loan ) also made to Vastu vihar .

From April 2018 to till November 2020, Handover of building is still pending due to incomplete of work . I am continuously chasing up with vastu vihar since last 2.5 yrs.

Take necessary action for compensation of almost 2.5 yrs delay.

In spite of so many complaints, there seems to be no agency which can tighten screws of vastu vihar. The problems are undermentioned:
1. Price of providing lift was taken long ago but it hasn't been installed yet resulting in a lot of discomfort.
2. There is no sewarage system yet.
3. Theft cases are rampant, people are scared.
4. No proper fencing.
5. The back up system for providing water is too weak.

It is again requested to address the aforesaid problems.

Eight years have passed but lift has not been provided in E-Block. It is very difficult to go upstairs time and again. Wooden structure on the roof fell on the shoulder of my wife which could have killed her. Immediate attention is required. Kindly get lift installed at E block. This is sheer indifference towards the flat owners. I am feeling extremely disappointed. I have tried to contact you through email a number of times but you have turned a deaf ear to my problems. This time I hope the lift will be installed.

Kindly refer to the subject mentioned above. As you know a structure has been erected on the roof adjacent to stairs and it has been standing for the past one year. Today my wife was standing on the roof when some pillars fell just beside her and it just caused a minor injury. It could have fallen fully on her head. Kindly ensure that the wooden pillars are dismantled immediately. It is also requested to make lift available and operational.

Ara, Vastu Vihar

I have purchased Jayanti -1 at your Ara sight. Even after 1 year of completion it has not handed over to me because it is going to use by Vastu Vihar itself without acceptance of buyer and also free of cost. Everytime Vastu Vihar representative Mr. Jha promises to handover within weeks & months but they are not suppose to do so because they are getting benefitted from that property.

After several discussion still it is not hand over.

I have purchased BigJayanti BUNGALOW at your Ara sight. Even after 3 year of completion it has not handed over to me because it the managementis very poor service the drain water come in every room in my duplex. Everytime Vastu Vihar representative Mr. Somnath Nandi project manager, promises to handover within weeks & months but they are not supported to do so to getting handover the property.

I had an agreement with vastu vihar for a duplex house will be constructed by vastu vihar in 2011 to be handed over to me in 2014. Till date they have not handed over my house to me. Now i am compelled to initiate the action against the company in general and mr. Sushil raj put and mr. Parwe in particular. Sir,
On 27 sept.2014 i entered into a contract with vastu vihar to registry of 1000 ft land with 3 bhk jayanti11 at ranchi (Kedal) in the name of vaibhav, unfortunately approx five years have been passed but the work of my house is not yet completed. The work which is completed is totally unsatisfactory. The following works needs to be improved…
1. Tiles of floor is not done well
2. Plaster of wall is falling and not plane
3. Electric switch and board fitting is not done properly
4. Pop of internal wall is not done properly
5. Wooden doors installed improper way

Lots of time complain to sell team of vastu vihar (Manish [protected]) regarding worst contractions of building but not tacking any action, i have paying extra amount to abhishek ([protected], site in charge of vastu vihar) for repaired of building but he is also chit me. All team member are mentally harassment due to delayed that why i am hired privet vendor to repair worst contractions of building

Even so many years after coming into existence there is acute shortage of infrastructure and basic amenities. Three days without water. Money for lift was charged but not installed yet. No proper sewarage system and even security of movable properties at risk. Nobody is listening. Immediate assistance needed. As a bonafide citizen of this country i feel cheated. There is no one to resolve our problem.

Your staffs including nitish and your chief engineer omkar ji knowingly doing such a heinous crime that cannot be tolerated. If it is still exists, matter will be taken to the higher authority.

Helo, we have taken a kaveri flat in vastu vihar saharsa and a high tension main electric wire is passing by from our own campus where our children playing and sometimes spark observed. We made repititive complaint to builder/owner and they say check with electrivity dept.
We went to electricity board and their junior engineer showed that case has been redirected to buolder to take care of any electricity cambling layour inside vastu vihar campus. After almost 1 year still the same situation and no action have been taken by vastu vihar.
Just to infor that this is a serious act and can result into death threat for family possessing such flat.

Request to do the needful at the earlist.

I had booked the flat in 2010. All payment has been made by me even then mr. Jitendra tiwari who indeed an unreliable and garbage of your company, not handing over key of the flat and everytime he is lying to me.
Please intervene in this matter otherwise i would be bound to take legal action against your company for sure.

Vastu vihar claims to be a world class township. But the quality of construction of buildings is pathetic. There is water seapage from roof as well as side walls near ground leve. House door have bended, Electricity is pathetic level to much level, I have booked Jayanti House no 11 in kedal ranchi project.

My father has booked a jayanti apartment in vastu vihar project 4 situated at chira chas one year ago but till date no registration has been done though we have paid the registration amount long back ago. Now the concerned person is not responding to our phone call properly and even escaping from picking up the calls. They are just avoiding to do the registration.

We made the complete payment of jayanti bunglow but ur staff named shashi in silliguri is demanding extra money. While asking the reason of extra money he started misbehaving with my mother. She is a heart patient and stays alone there. Ur staff not only misbehaved but cut off the water line also. We are now forced to lodge a police complaint and go to consumer forum. U ppl wud be responsible for any mishaps.

R/sir, it is a matter of great regret that i am compelled to bring my issue before you. I had booked a building in january 2018 at phase 1, darbhanga in the name of my wife nirmala karn. The unit no. Alloted is new kaveri 1. Despite payment of more than 20 (Twenty) lacs rupees out of the unit cost of said unit rs 29 lacs only one fourth of the entire construction work have been done by the vastu vihar sofar. I am suffering a lot as i have to pay high rent for my accomodation after retirement. Being a senior citizen, zi woud request you take necessary action to prevent me from mental agony and monetary loss being caused to to delay in construction.in this connection i would like to add that it was clearly assured by the builder at the time of booking that the building would be handed over by zjune 2019 positively but it is not expected to be completed even by the end of the year. Keeping in view the latest judgement passed by hon'ble supreme court to protect the interest of the consumer as applicable in my case, your immediate action is required. Thanking you and awaiting your reply.

I booked Yamuna bungalow no. YW01 at Vastu Vihar Bhagalpur phase 1 year 2011. I paid all installments as per your requirement schedule. I had approached Vastu Vihar local representative a number of times for completion of the job in all respects and to handover my house possession letter timely. But I have not received handover letter till date (25.7.19). I have lost 8 years.
Moreover some jobs are still pending like proper plastering and sloping of top roof to avoid water logging leading to seepage .Also, in all bathrooms there is problem of water logging due to improper slope and drainage.
Water tank got thrown away in the recent storm due to improper placement of water tank.
Some doors and windows fittings are not as per design.
I had personally visited vastu Vihar Bhagalpur office for possession letter on 13/12/18 along with my local representative. But they had demanded for extra payment while when i had done final payment, They did not tell about extra work while most of the main job was completed before last payment except painting. Painting comes under normal job. My local representative did not give you any instruction for any kind of extra work. They have told this clearly to me in front of them. This is a matter of money, how can Vastu Vihar do extra work without any written approval? On 13.12.18, he told that he had discussed with Vastu Vihar management for the same and he will inform me accordingly but no information is received from vastu Vihar till today in last 7 months. In second visit dated 9.7.19, Vastu Vihar's local representative did not give any message regarding the possession letter.
I want the house as designed by Vastu Vihar .Also, I have not seen any extra work in the house. So, his demand is illegal. I have already paid all dues.

If tank is thrown down by small storm, it is engineering design fault only. So I am requested Vastu Vihar to complete all the job and handover possession later through mail without any demand.
