I want to purchase shampoo in jammu market.but the problem is the vatika shampoo available in the whole market jammu.In a few month ago i stay in jalandhar and i want to purchase a vatika shampoo in the market but we are unable to find vatika shampoo in the market and then i going to the mall so finally i fond a vatika shampoo but the main problem is in our city jammu town rajouri in the whole market i search for this shampoo but i did not successful. This is to bring to your notice that despite more regular complaints from last 4 months to vatika management regarding overflowing of sewage and inundation of my multipurpose booth in sector 83 (I. E. Booth no. 2, market place 1, g-21 avenue, sector 83, vatika india next, gurgaon) very frequently, vatika management has not acted upon.
The overflow of sewage and inundation by it has caused lot of inconvenience and damage to my booth.
Request you to look into the issue on priority.

We had booked first commercial property with vatika on 19th april 2012 for vatika inxt city centre. Company had been doing the payment for years. Based on their commitment we did second booking on 9th may 2018 for vatika one india next pvt ltd
My husband passed away on 5th july 2018 and i am badly in need of the money.
Myself a senior citizen of the country has no other income than this as we had put all our savings towards the commercial property hoping to get a fixed monthly income.
The monthly assured returns have been stopped since september 2018

Bought 2 lands from vatika approximately 16 years ago.. Since then the development area near plot is zero.. When they sell the land to you they make call sought of fake promises but once you pay them the value of your project can only decrease.. No one is itself located in the office of vatika.. When we call or reach their office the employees just run away and give us fake times to just hear the greienvce.

The value of that plot was rs 6000 per square meter and since then 16 years have passed the line the value has just deacreased only.. Never has increased.

When we think of selling the plots at a loss that company still does not wants to do it's job.. They are making our buyers run away by telling them the transfer of land will take approximately a months time.

On top of it they are charging maintenance of rs 2000 per month.. No matter not a single human being or hunan settelement is locate at least near the vicinity of the plots.. God knows well are they maintaining the air and the sand of that open barren land.

On top of that the company never mentioned the value of cash which they took on papers and when you ask them for position of land they say that the amount paid is not full so that land has been forfieted.

There is no way the company is not troubling it's customers or hunilating them.

Ignorance, negligence, bribe, humilation they have tortured to all possible extent.

Respected sir,

1. I, Ex Subedar Major Birender Singh S/o Late Shri Bhola Ram, am permanent resident of Village : Dhani Chitter Sain, PO : Bhora Kalan, Tehsil : Pataudi, Distt : Gurugram (Haryana). Sir I am a retired Army person. I retired from army service on 30 Jun 2012 after serving the nation for 30 years with dedication, loyalty and honesty.

2. After my retirement, I had purchased plot No 003/2/K-16/83K/180/Sector 83 in July 2015 in re-sale at sector 83, Gurugram belonging to Vatika Group in the name of my wife Mrs Urmila Devi to enable me to settle down after retirement. After protracted correspondence, the possession of the said plot was given by the company on 15 Oct 2015. At the time of purchase of plot, I was assured by the company that registration will be done within next six months. However, about three years have passed and despite my best efforts, registration of the plot has not been done by the company as yet on one or the other pretext. In the absence of registration, construction work can not be started until unless that house plan is passed by HUDA.

3. The plot was purchased from its original allottees, ie Mr Anupam Prakash and Mrs Shubre Prakash in re-sale in July 2015. The plot was booked by the original allottees in 2010. More than 8 years have passed from the date of booking and the company has failed to execute of Conveyance Deed till date. Prior to the possession, the location of the plot was changed by the company twice at their own in their interest as earlier location of plot was very best than the present location. Thus the company has violated the mutual trust and terms and conditions of the Builder-Buyer Agreement.

4. In spite of sending number of e-mails (total 23 e-mails) and my personal visits (about 20 visits) to the company office, Conveyance Deed for registration of above plot has not been executed by Vatika Limited on one or the other pretext. Every time, when we visited the company office, they say that registration is being done in phased manner and it will take 5-6 months time but their 5-6 months time has not ended from 2015 to 2018. It is brought to your kind notice that construction work is going on in

many plots in surrounding area of our plot. Every time, they make us to meet with different person saying that he is dealing with the registration process and the earlier person whom we had met last time is not part of registration team now. Even though, the company representatives are not picking up our phone calls. The reason behind this is that a large number of plots are being sold in resale and the transfer charges on account of re-sale (about 3 lakhs per plot) are going in the company’s account. That’s why the company is earning a huge amount through transfers every month. This is the main reason, the company is delaying the registration process intentionally. If registration is done, the registration charges will go in Government account. Thus, the company is fraudulently cheating the government also and this is great loss to the government. This fact can be verified from the company’s account.
5. Sir, I have spent my whole life hard earnings including loan from relatives in purchasing of the said plot. I also had a dream to have my own house to settle down after retirement, but Vatika Group has cheated me and ruined my dream drastically. Without registration, I can not start my construction work. Currently, I am staying on rent since last three years and I am finding it difficult to pay the rentals from my meager pension. I am at great loss. The company has grossly violated the terms and conditions of the Builder Buyer Agreement by delaying the registration process intentionally for their own benefit. This is a case of cheating, fraud, breach of mutual trust and violation of terms and conditions of agreement on the part of company.
6. Sir, In view of the above, it is earnestly requested that strict action may please be taken against Vatika Group for cheating, fraud, breach of mutual trust and violation of terms and conditions of the agreement. It is requested that fair justice may please be given to the veteran ex-serviceman as I have devoted most of my life in serving the nation in extremely inclement weather conditions, insurgency and far flung areas. The following is requested please ;-

(a) Vatika Group be directed for immediate registration of plot No K-16/2 without any further delay.

(b) Interest @18% per annum may please be paid on the amount paid by me in purchasing of the plot from the date of possession to the date of registration as compensation as I am paying interest on the loan amount taken for purchase of plot.

(c) Rentals from 01 July 2015 till date of registration may please be paid to me @ Rs 18000/- per month.

(d) Rs 2 lakhs may also please be paid on account of mental agony caused to me by the company in last three years.

7. An early favourable action in the matter will be highly appreciated please.

Dear Sir,

1. Consequent to my retirement, I, ex Army (Sub Maj) Birender Singh had purchased plot No K-16/02 in the name of my wife Mrs Urmila Devi in re-sale in July 2015. Despite my best efforts, the company is not registering the plot on one or the other pretext. I am running around since last three years for the registration process.

2. We have invested our whole life earnings in purchasing of the said plot. At the time of purchase, we were told by the company representative that the registration of the plot will be done in next six months. Till now, we have sent about 25 e-mails and personally visited the company office at Gurugram about 20 times. Every time, the company make us to meet a different person saying that he is now dealing with the registration process. Each and every time, they make different excuses for not registering the plot. Since 2015, they are saying that it will take 6 months for the registration, but their six months never end till today. I am totally disgraced with the company's response.

3. Since we have spent our whole life hard earnings in purchasing of the plot, the company's response is far below the desired satisfaction. We have been cheated by the company fraudulently. My husband is a retired Army person and we have no other source of income rather than service pension. Presently we are staying on rent since last four years. We had purchased the plot in hope of settling down at our home town after retirement but Vatika company has ruined our dream of settling down peacefully. We are now of nowhere, if the plot is not registered.

4. Sir, we request your kind honour to take stringent action against Vatika company for not registering the plot and direct them to make registration of the plot immediately so that we can start construction work at an early date so as to avoid rentals being paid by us.

5. An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated please.

I am a resident in G4 block of vatika india next society located in sector 82 gurgaon, a guard misbehaved with me, and when i told him that i will complain about this behaviour in enviro office, he threatened me and physically assaulted me resulting in breaking my phone and damaging my arm.few moments later he sent one of his friend to threaten me.
i feel threatened by his presence near by my house.
i beg vatika to take some action, or atleast shift his duty away from G4 block, else if anything happens to me or my family, vatika group will be responsible

Hi friends,

I am working in vatika group - enviro (Facility management service) from 2016. They show me 16000 ctc but after deduction i am getting 12588 only how is it possible 3412 deduction from salary.

Evenly they don`t provide salary on time, they delay salary 20 - 25 days but they want duty on time if you reach at office after 15 minutes late they will make your half leave and if you will complaint about these problems.

I purchased vatika indipendence floor k, 18, 6.2 sector 83 transfer document is submit on[protected]. Still i am not recieve the welcome letter, my problem is i have to go japan for 6 month on 8th jan this monday, i have to shift my luggage in my flat, but envior team is not allow me. Seller also sent a mail to envior team for allow me to put my luggage in flat. I am suffering for these type of situation my luggage is loaded in truck for last three days. Please allow me only put my luggage in flat

I bought a flat in sec 88; gurugram atturning point point. It's developer are vatika limited gurgaon.

I got an invoice in which they have charged me 18% where as i thought it was supposed to be 12%. On inquiring the same i got the below reply from them :

'we would like to inform you that the gst has been calculated @ 12% on the due amount & 18% (9% on cgst & 9% on sgst) on the taxable amount, but if you calculate the amount comes same.

Please note that the taxable amount is 1/3 of the due amount.'

I had booked a flat in vatika turning point in sector 88b, gurgaon inmay 2016 under pre-launch offer and i was told that the project was to be launched by sep - oct'16. Later on they informed that the construction work will start by dec'16. Even the excavation work has not started till today even after about 1.5 years of my booking and till today their builder buyer agreement is not ready. Now they are saying that construction will start in next 2-3 months and the project will take about 5 years for completion. So i requested them about two months back to refund my booking amount. Over last two months, i have visited their office several times, sent several emails with repeated reminders and have been speaking to their customer care and the sales manager who had booked the flat but they are knowingly not reverting to me. They do not seem to have intentions to refund my money and they are now behaving like small time builders. Its a case of cheating and harassment and i would advise other people not to deal with vatika for any of their new or under construction projects. I am also thinking of filing a criminal complaint and complaint with consumer forum and rera for this cheating and harassment by vatika.

I had booked a flat through investors clinic. Even after expiry of 60 months nothing has been done on the site. When asked about the progress on the project - delayed is the reply. Now the company wants me to take other flats at different locations. Even investors clinic can not do anything. It seems both of them r together and does not want it to be resolved.
When asked for refund with interest the company wants to deduct 10% of the total cost of project.

My name is amarjit, i have booked a plot of 200 sq. M. By paying premium of 4 lakhs through an agent.
Now i have paid 90 percent of payments and the group is telling yr plot is cancelled.
I request all allotted to get together and file a case.
Further through this form i request consumer court to help us getting our plot at the right location as was allotted at the time of booking.

Strange conditions added within the "addendum to the floors (Vatika india next) builder buyer agreement"

Can they force you to sign these kind of clauses during re-allotment.

"that we are fully aware of the present construction status of the re-allotted unit/project and unequivocally and unconditionally agree that i am not entitled to any compensation for delay in possession of the re-allotted unit or it getting relocated."

I had invested in this project in 2012 on assured returns scheme in 2012 @ 40000 with assured buyback @ 52000 in 2013, upon maturity i opted for plot which i have not yet received even after 5 years and the company is not ready to listen anything or refund my money
Complete fraud and cheat company
Its been five years and they are offering to swipe to another project and are considering principle amount paid 5 years back no intrest or even assured return for first year promised also and project they are offering at company prices which are apx 50% higher than mkt prices so in nutshell i stand to loose 35-40% of my principal amount paid 5 years ago
Their is no regulatory body to watch these thieves

Vatika group has sold me a flat without having land in their possession 5-6 years ago. The details of the flat are emilia3/gf/004/82 e/13 / vatika india next.
I am following with company for the last 3 years to refund my money with interest but they have not done till date.

I tell mr maintenance officer to clean the road and remind again but no action taken from. Your maintenance agency inviro. I requested to you please check the road k 7.3 and repair u wanted things. Sir, me and my wife have booked a plot of our choice in sec-23 vatika central in ambala city in year 2010. We paid all the installments as reqd by the company time to time against that particular plot.
1) the company didn't offered possession in 2013 as promised
2) the company now sent us a letter that our plot no. Has been changed without our consent
The company cheated us both mentally and economically.

Me and my parents had booked in Vatika Tranquil Heights, Sector 82A, Gurugram, Haryana, by paying 62+ lac as deposit for 2 apartments in TowerB in April 2015.

2 years hence, even foundation work has not been concluded, and builder has put forth demand for further amounts.

I have since requested builder to move us to a project that is ready for possession which the builder refused and put us on a construction linked plan last year.

But with the project being now delayed by 3 years (as per their officials) and beyond, I intend a full refund from the builder with interest. I had a meeting regarding the same at the builder's office and was informed that I would lose a substantial amount of that paid as earnest money if I cancel now.

I once again requested them to adjust the amount paid by me and my parents against a single smaller apartment in a ready to move project and they denied that too once again.

Is there a respite for someone like us under RERA or Consumer Forum ?
