Vatika Group — Neither rent nor assured returns have been paid since 2 years

My unit 806 tower C for 500sq feet in name of komal Deth and Mridul Seth was purchased in 2013 on assured return basis till the tower is constructed and later rent of minimum 65 ra/ sq feet
The payment were regular first few years and the they stopped paying citing the order from SEBI against fixed assured returns.
But our unit has been constructed from last 2 year and yet the are not paying the rent on it .
Instead we are being forced to surrender our original agreement in exchange of the out original contract
If need be I want to lodge a legal complaint against false assurance and fraud as I do have all the document and original agreement
