Vatika Group — Non payment of assured returns in Vatika Mindscapes

I'm holding a unit in vatika mindscapes and there is no payment of assured return from more than 1 last year. There is no one to attend phone calls, query submitted on their portal or on whatapp group number goes unattended.

Pls help to get this resolved.
