Vatika Group — Property in vatika independent floor very bad quality of construction, hollow tiles

I have been given possession of flat F-2, plot 02, 2nd floor in independent floor one month ago. More than 65%tiles are hollow fitted and making sound. Showed to vatika team, they accepted the construction fault, said they would rectify, but now since two weeks they are silent and not responding to my phone calls and emails. Please help
