I bought a unit in Vatika Turning Point, Sector 88B Gurgaon under the subvention scheme and Vatika group committed to pay the interest to the bank till the time occupation certificate is applied.
They have not even started the construction and they are not honouring what was committed.
I have already called them and asked that you have provided me the letter that you will pay the interest to the bank till the time occupation certificate is applied but now they tell me to shift the unit in another project and that too at very high price.
