Vcare Hair Clinic — Amount

Dear Dr. Prabha Reddy garu,

Iam G.Siva shanker reddy from Visakhapatnam paid an advance of Rs.3000/- on 19.06.2025 with Invoice number MTR2526SA0056 for a treatment but due to unforeseen reasons, i couldn't go for it. As per our discussion

they promised to refund the amount in the form of products. So iam following it up since july and they were keep on postponing by some reasons. However in the month of november again i visited the madhurawada

v care clinic and they asked for a letter and promised to give the products immediately but again they failed to do it. Again i visited in the month of December, they told its month end but still they will do it but as usual did

not keep up the promise.

Today 19.01.26 i called up and Ms. Anjali spoke to me and told the manager was not there, then i told her the whole story but she was telling its festival time so it would take time and she even refused to giver her name

initially and i asked for mail id and she told she doesnt know.

So i clearly understood by the above things, that V CARE is completely unprofessional. However i understood that V CARE is not interested in giving the products, so please refund my amount

within 24 hours as its a small amount for a big company like you.

Iam also herewith attaching my letter submitted to V CARE MADHURAWADA personally. Also i have the receipt if necessary.
